Big Mike understood what we needed right away. His crew came out and installed over 60 feet of new gutter around our porch and came up with a superior drain spout design, better than what was originally planned for! The work was done quickly and efficiently by this experienced crew, and the price was reasonable as quoted. Would call again.

Big MIke's was fantastic! Part of the job was to custom build 2 curved sections of gutter - 1 around our bay window and the 2d around our curved porch. Their work is beautiful! I was really in a bind with a small gutter project for my house and I was thrilled that Big Mike’s gutters was able to get the project done for me. I found them over Google and they had great reviews so I gave them a try and I couldn’t be happier. The project was done within a few days of me reaching out, the price was very fair, and the guys did a great job installing everything. I would definitely recommend them for your next gutter project.

I tend to do a lot of things myself due to being cheap and being picky. When it came time to wrap the back of my house with gutters I elected to hire out vs. climbing the ladder myself to do. Saw reviews and contacted for estimate. Received a very timely response for photos and measurements from a wonderfully pleasant and competent gal named Jill. Some questions arose due to electric mast variable and a few other questions. A conference call with Big Mike resulted in quick resolve. Scheduled in a few short days following a visit from Jill to confirm the color selection. Crew showed up, reviewed with me and knew exactly what to do. Product was good quality and installed competently. Clean up was flawless and no collateral damage during install. Referral for my daughter already and will recommend to anyone in need. Amazing value and quality workmanship.....Thank you.

Three crew members came and did a fantastic job. We requested some detailed work, and every request was accepted. They found a way to satisfy us. They did an excellent job! I would definitely hire them again for any gutter work.

No problem with installation and price. Only issue when the daisy chained gutters started to overflow and cause water damage in my ceiling. I called them to change one of the connecting downspouts to go directly to the ground instead of into another one, but no answer, multiple times. Emailed, nothing. Called again, left voicemails, nothing. Even asked for a quote online through the website, nothing. Very, very dissatisfied. They could just show up and fix a downspout, but they chose to ignore me, not cool. Go with someone else!

Very fast response. I put in a request for quote and in about 1 week the gutters were up and done. What was more impressive was that it took a few days to come and view what needed to be done. From quote to completion was less than 48 hours. Based on other quotes and Google, they were slightly lower in cost, than expected, which was also a plus. There was one spot where our gutters were embedded into the house siding. The forgot to caulk and seal. Minor adjustment. Other than that, everything was great! So missed 5 stars by just a small item. Still very positive experience and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

So update, read other reviews. They are great to new customers but they will not return your calls afterwards. I would not recommend gutter guards from Big Mike's. Other gutter places do not want to work on gutters with another company's gutter guards. Since I'm having issues and couldn't get a response from Big Mike's, I have to get another company. They will take the guards off, and clean, but will not reinstall. So I have to put them back on myself, allow them to stay clogged, or buy more gutter guards, because Big Mike's will not respond. None are good options.

If you are a new customer and all goes well, they are great, but buyer be ware?
