Great service that has a backup for us always. As a HR person, I know how hard it is to manage people. Sickness, no shows, schedule conflicts. Errund does a fantastic job.

This is a horrible cleaning service provider. The person of contact, Jake is rude. They clearly do not have experienced cleaners. The person who came to clean the house did his best but was clearly not experienced and did not leave the house clean. This is a complete waste of money and it was a terrible experience.

We used Errund to turn our apartment complexes and they did a very good job and also acted like our coordinator and letting us know the apartments to be cleaned. Fantastic service

I booked errund for my office and they have serviced us consistently for the past 3 years with no issues. We have had several cleaners over the years but they all did a great job!

Errand was fine for awhile- I used them about three times in 4 months or so. Then they cancelled on me 3 times in a row 30 mins before each cleaning. They are not the service they used to be

Most cleaning companies charged a fixed price so I was surprised they charge by hourly and after cleaning is done. I was charged about $30 less than the original quote. Awesome service that I recommend

I used Errund for my airbnbs added them as co-host and they would help to book the cleanings whenever our guests check out. worked out pretty well this service!

The cleaner was 45 minutes late and missed several places and things. I sent pictures in to the support team and requested they send someone else. They refused to send someone else but wanted the original cleaner to come back. Why would I want a cleaner who I know can’t do a good job to come back? I will not be using this service again.

The cleaning is not acceptable. The vent wasn’t wiped, the microwave wasn’t cleaned, neither were the counter tops and other surface areas. There is still hair and dust balls in the corners of the floors. The bath tub and toilet weren’t touched. It seems as though they did absolutely nothing here . I have management coming today at 12pm to look my place over, now I have to actually clean myself. I have plenty of photos and text to prove it.

REALLY APPRECIATE Errund service team who managed to arrange a cleaning within 3 hours as my cleaners from a large chain company I shall not name bailed on me. Errund professionals came on time and did the best they could for me which was great

My airbnb guest left my place in a mess. I was in a bind as I was out of town and my regular cleaner found the place disgusting to clean. I called errund and they agreed to help me the same day while not charging me an exorbitant fee which a few other services are asking for.

Errund is awesome to use. I needed to move out and had no time to clean. Booked them a day before when all other services were fully booked. Cleaners came and took before after pictures.

Errund was able to accommodate my cleaning in a short notice but at a very affordable price. I asked if they accepted checks and they do but I needed to send it to their headquarter in advance. It all worked out!

I am extremely thankful for errund service which did me a great favor by helping me arrange a clean at the last minute. Without errund, I would be charged $500 by my landlord who is looking for excuses to deduct my security deposit. I have since recommended errund to a few of my friends and family.

One of the main things I like is that errund charges me after the cleaning so I don't have to go back and ask them to review the charge which is unlike other cleaning service. Also, if you ask errund, they can provide other services not listed such as organizing or decluttering or even moving help which I got from them at the same rate. What a bargain! Don't tell anyone else I said so.

No hassle booking and top notch service by vetted cleaners. Most cleaning companies don't even vet their cleaners because they pay them very little. Glad I know people who are safe are at my home as sometimes I am not home for the cleaning.

Errund contacted me a day before my cleaning to request my ID to verify my identity. At first I thought it's weird and did not give but eventually did and I got an official email confirming my identity is verified. I guess this makes sense given that I was not home and I was getting a move out cleaning. I recommend errund

Terrible experience... very minimal cleaning was done (entire rooms missed, zero dusting, bathroom missed). I called to ask for them to make it right, but they just made up excuses, and never apologized. Shocked that anyone can get away with this these days. See photos. Yes, those are "after" shots of their cleaning. We actually keep a pretty tidy house so they only needed to do the basics.

Scheduled 6.5 hours, two cleaners stayed less than two hours. They said there was mold and it was "dangerous" and they didn't feel safe (according to Jake). As I texted to Jake, how dangerous is old lettuce in the fridge (we had removed all food from the fridge), carpets that needed vacuuming (cleaners wanted to use our vacuum), and a dirty toilet?! Cleaners did some cleaning but never touched these and left before any of these were cleaned. Happy to send photos of what was not done (photos are mine and Errunds).
