Edit to response from Jay: my dad and I never asked for further discounts to take down this review. In fact, I specially said we didn’t want a discount and I wanted my honest review to stay up . Jay’s made multiple attempts to pressure me to remove my review. My original review of three stars given the average service we received is accurate. The deep clean was 6 hours not 10 and right after I posted Jay called me and I texted it wasn’t a good time. He then proceeded to harass me with multiple texts wanting me to remove my review. Here is a screenshot proving I never asked for additional discounts and never blackmailed him. For Jay to get this upset over an honest 3 star review is very troubling.

I really wanted to love this cleaning service but I am unhappy with the deep clean that wasn’t complete or very thorough. Jay was helpful when he came out to give us an estimate. Pedro did a great job with the speciality clean of our high ceiling areas and changing some difficult lightbulbs. I was very optimistic about the deep clean service the following week but when the 3 women showed up instead of knocking or ringing the bell they just tried walking into our home. No one spoke any English and they didn’t seem to be focused or making much of an effort to do the deep clean. For example non of our window ledges or light switches were cleaned until we pointed them out and some weren’t even dusted then and they only did a partial clean of the top of our fridge. The floor cleaning was incomplete in the kitchen. This wasn’t a deep clean if anything more like a very average basic clean and when I sent the photos to Monica she never responded.

We have always been satisfied with how our home looks after a visit from Bundl. It’s a relief knowing we have them in our corner. We have been a client for a little while and highly recommend them to others.

A special shoutout to their office / support team that are always a pleasure to interact with and are quick to answer any questions.
