We hired Ibes landscaping for a variety of hardscaping projects (patio, retaining walls, sidewalk, front steps and stoop). The design and vision were excellent, but the craftsman ship and customer service lacking. We have seen our paver and stone patio settle significantly in a short period of time. The work was covered by a 5 year warranty (including settling), however John (the owner) won't complete the work. When the issue was identified, John committed to honoring his warranty and provided a time table for completion. As that timetable came and passed, he never showed and never returned repeated calls. We've had to turn to other contractors to fix his work. It is disappointing that John did not honor his warranty or subsequent commitments. I would not recommend Ibes Landscaping for anything other than design work.

Ibes Landscaping is a pleasure to work with every step of the process. John Ibes, the owner is personally involved in the planning and execution of his designs, and most of his crew have been with him over a period of years. I’ve been doing my landscaping work in stages and see the same people year after year which in my opinion is a testament to a well-run business.
