In seeking a person to work with our needs for new steps and sidewalks, the owner of the garden design firm "Grateful Beds" introduced me to Pascual Luna and his company, Luna's Outside Solutions. When we met, creative ideas flowed and I knew that I had found the right person. The first part of the project was a new entrance that began with the creation of pillars, steps, and a sidewalk with further major steps leading to the front door. The design involved a formal but inviting design using concrete and bricks with different shades of red brick color. This main entrance including new electrical work to provide outlets to the front and lights that began with the pillars and ran along side the walkway to the front. And it included a bench along the public sidewalk for any weary walkers. The brick sidewalk was expanded in to allow for a small front garden patio and then moved around the house to a larger patio. A final sidewalk ended at the wooden gate at the end of the garden. Pascual's crew then moved inside the house to do room painting, the building of new handrails, and a kitchen refurbished with a marble counter top and tiles along the cabinet walls as well as new ceiling work in the basement rooms.
I have only the highest praise to offer for Luna's splendid work, their very talented workers, and the management offered by Pascual. His knowledge, creativity and marvelous ideas made this project a delight as well as an crucially important venture..
