Nice gardening section and staff is always ready to help. Lower rating because the Quarry is obnoxious. You're better off making the trek to a different location just to avoid the Quarry.

Well, bought some succulents a couple months back that were infested with aphids that are extremely hard to kill, they quickly infested all my other plants and now all my plants are dead even after multiple extensive attempts to save them/get rid of the aphids. Come back a month later and see all the plants have notes stuck in them saying they've now been treated for aphids. I want my money back and I want 20 new houseplants you irresponsible, unprofessional dingbats.

The staff is very helpful, I think its HD's MO. The problem is that sometimes help can be hard to find. But seriously, these guys know their stuff.

The only negative seems to consistently the paint counter staff. They usually seem overwhelmed and non-attentive, and not very helpful. I'm very happy with their return policy, especially with their 1 year guarantee on the garden center plants. This is a great Home Depot.

Excellent! Dante in roofing and the 2 staff in Garden supplies, AND the Service Desk staff finding Jessie to translate for our roofer. WOW! Totally outstanding. Not to mention the nice customer in the parking lot that helped us load out car.

There are two black guys who work the self checkout in the morning time on the weekdays who are super upbeat and friendly every single time I come into this location. Awesome customer service, always quick to be helpful without being overbearing. I should have gotten their names before posting this review, but just wanted to shout them out for their awesome work. I visit Home Depot locations all over the twin cities regularly, and these two fellows consistently provide the best checkout experience by far. Hats off, and promotions deserved!
