The guys were so kind, careful, confident, fast and personable. They were more than we even expected. Thank you so much for all you did.

Derrick and his crew are absolutely amazing! They take good care of your belongings, show up on time and are reasonably priced. Thank you for all you do! God Bless!

I had 3 moves with this company within a span of 4 days. 2 of the 3 moves were absolutely 5/5 above and beyond. The first move had a bit of a hiccup but the operations manager George came out and the owner Derrick made it right so I'm happy with the resolution and follow up customer service.

I requested the same crew from the good second move for the 3rd and they delivered again, great jobs Elijah, Michael, Darius, and Spencer! Amazing hustle and efficiency, and nothing damaged for a BIGGER move.

All in all, I had paid about 20 hours of moving labor with Affinity, and they sprung to fix a scratch on my dining table so I would say that it was nothing but a minor inconvenience.

The customer resolution for anything that went wrong is a great selling point with these guys, for such a stressful industry. It took a few calls to get the full picture but they ended up fixing everything to my satisfaction.

I would hire these guys again!! They were so careful with my furniture. They were very professional as well.

They were both EXTREMELY helpful & moved lots of stuff to the garage. They had wonderful, humorous personalities & were easy/pleasant to work. Send them back!

Keron, Will, and Amos came next day following an apartment flood, moving an unpacked mess to my new apartment. High speed and quality. Great job by great people.

George and Shawn were awesome!!! Made a very stressful situation much better! Their attention to detail with the move out and move in was incredible! I would highly recommend Affinity movers to everyone! Thanks so much!!

Prompt, like within minuets of my quote request they were the first through the gate, the most reasonable quote delivered with anpproval, and straight through to the finish line with a happy customer. Everything was communicated clearly and with efficiency and the subsequent move was carried out as planned.

Andrew from Affinity Moving and The Moving Guys from Rockford did a fantastic job! They were all super helpful and kind.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Darius and Fred, and I cannot say enough about their impeccable service! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make the moving process smooth, stress-free, and efficient.

Both movers were professional, courteous, and handled everything with the utmost care. They worked quickly without cutting corners and treated my belongings as if they were their own.

Had a three person crew move my stuff to storage. They were great! Quick, helpful, careful; just did a fantastic job!! Getting the job set up was simple and easy. They showed up on time - can’t recommend highly enough.

Ron and Will were awesome! They picked up a mattress and adjustable bed frame from our friends house, delivered and assembled the bed in our house, 1.5 hours from the cities. They were polite, professional, and efficient. They were also very curtieous and asked if they should remove their shoes while in our home. Would definitely use Affinity Moving again.
