The team was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive—exactly what you want when dealing with essential home appliances. I used Water Heaters Now to install a new water softener and a heat pump water heater in place of an old gas one. Nate was very helpful during the sales process and Brooks was excellent on the install. He came back the next day after I had my drain cleaned to finish installing the softener. The cost was less than expected and I liked the idea of getting an email reminder to do the annual maintenance with self-service videos.

Very professional, open communication and transparent. Listened to our needs and provided services to meet. Office let us know who the technicians are before they came out. Very professional, shoe covers while walking on the carpet and laid out materials to protect flooring/ carpet during service. Cleaned up after themselves and dried everything off. Even noticed a few extra things the technicians did for security. Shows they care for their customers and their trade. Highly recommend!

Excellent service and great product! My existing water heater was leaking and I needed to figure out a solution quickly before leaving on an upcoming trip. I called Water Heaters Now! and talked with a sales rep (Ray) and he was able to answer all of my questions and lay out my options, without being sales-y one bit. He explained that currently heat pump water heaters are popular and more efficient, but are overall more expensive up-front. However, the savings of the heat-pump units in electricity alone over the life of the unit more than make up for the up-front cost; additionally, these units are eligible for federal tax credits of 30% of the unit and $2k on installation, as well as hundreds of $$ of credit by participating utility companies. He said most people figure out how long they'll be staying at their current home to find out if these heat pump units are worth it for them. Again Ray wasn't pushy in trying to get me to buy the most expensive product, he kept saying he just wanted me to get what was right for me and my situation. I ended up going with a traditional unit because I didn't think I'd be staying at my current place more than 3 years. Once I gave Ray the go, a crew member showed up on the day I had scheduled with the unit ready for installation. I'll definitely recommend Water Heaters Now! to all of my family and friends, for sure!

I had a very positive experience working with these guys to replace my old water heater! They were very responsive, easy to schedule, communicated throughout, informed me of the added costs after review of my prior setup.(I had some prior install issues that were not up to code). Tony did a fantastic job and was really a good guy to work with. I compared a couple of other places and were pretty competitive pricewise.

We had a great experience with Water Heaters Now! I first talked with Nate over the phone, who guided me through our options, walked me through the full process, gave an accurate and competitive estimate over the phone, explained the rebate and tax credits we'd benefit from with a heat pump water heater, and ultimately scheduled our installation for the next morning. Tou Vang, the installer, arrived on time, was friendly throughout, explained the work he'd be doing, asked for my input on every major decision, and finished in a timely manner. He was fantastic. We already love our new hybrid (heat pump) water heater, are happy to be transitioning off of natural gas, look forward to a much lower monthly energy bill, and highly recommend working with Water Heaters Now!

I had a great experience with Water Heaters Now. I called on a Thursday reporting an old and leaking water heater. Nate was excellent on the phone and walked me through what to expect, including code upgrades, permits, and approximate cost pledging a “no surprises” install for the next day. Nate was spot on and Brooks came the next day and did a great job installing the new one. Water Heaters now filled out all the necessary paperwork for my permit and rebate from Xcel Energy incredibly quickly. The city inspected and found everything up to code. I couldn’t be happier with the service, speed, and quality from Water Heaters Now.

The service was quick. At a price I felt was fair and Tony was super friendly in explaining everything and Nate prepared me well for what the work would be. The install is clean and I appreciate the maintenance sticker and install date sticker on the front of my new heater.

Our water heater started leaking and needed to be replaced. I called the main office and spoke with Jon. He took the time to answer all of my questions and did so in a very professional yet friendly manner. Jon was able to get Jake out the next day to my house to replace the water heater.

Jake was beyond kind, very respectful, and also answered all of my questions in a very friendly manner as well. Jake did an exceptional job! He removed the old water heater, had it removed from the house to be scrapped, and then installed the new one. I couldn't be happier with this company. I would give them six out of five starts if I could. This was our first time having to replace a water heater, and we were nervous to have it done. I'm extremely happy I went with Water Heaters Now! Within one day of our water heater going out, Water Heaters Now had a new one installed. The technician showed up on time, was very thoughtful and professional…and personable. The space for the water heater was tight and John made sure to ask the appropriate questions to ensure the correct size of water heater was ordered and installed. The area was left very clean and the old water heater was hauled away. The price was reasonable and the communication with the company was frequent and thorough. Well done! Water Heaters Now was great to work with. I called around 3 PM, got an accurate quote over the phone by 3:30 and had a new water heater installed at my house the following day. The quote was also several hundred dollars less than others I had received for the same job. The technician was very friendly, informative and left my home the way he found it. Would definitely recommend this company.

Nate and Tony were professional, honest and went above and beyond with integrity to replace our water heater and bring the piping up to code at a fraction of the other estimates we received.
Tony provided expert solutions that will protect the new water heater from the fate of the last one. He also educated me along the way and offered instructions on maintaining the new water heater.

I used them on an emergency call to help my elderly Mom unclog her toilet. Scott only charged me the stop fee because it was an easy fix. I really appreciate Scott's honesty, businesses doing honest work and being on time! From dispatch (a very courteous lady)to Scott (the plumber) it was really nice and saved me 3 hours by not having leave work and do it myself.

Can't say enough good things about Nate and the guys at Water Heaters now. They were always accessible and courteous with answers to my questions. The price was much more competitive than other quotes I got so on that alone, I was inclined to use them. But beyond that, I didn't feel "sold" to. They didn't push anything. If they had recommendations adding to cost, they clearly explained the pros and cons of each option and left the decision up to me. Tony did the install. He was on time, efficient, and pleasant to work with. He upsold me on the spot with a couple things unique to my home but I didn't mind.
