JJ was easy to contact. Quick response to my call. He was professional, accommodating, and great follow through.

JJ was hired to re-stain our cedar fence and replace some boards and a post. He was very professional and did a great job. I would definitely hire him again.

JJ and his team did a wonderful job on our new fence! We have used them multiple times for fence related services, and have loved the finished product every time! Good communication and easy to work with!

We had JJ and his crew out a couple of time for repairs. The first time was to replace rotting deck boards, the second time was to have him replace panels and rotting cedar on our privacy fence, and he also power washed our patio and other retaining
walls. He and his crew were respectful and did a great job, and would definitely recommend.

Walker Outdoor Solutions redid our landscaping beautifully! Our home looks great with the new edging, mulch and deck stain. They worked hard, communicated well and handled every small detail even after they finished the project. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing new outdoor spaces!

They came by and offered to shovel our sidewalk and driveway for free. Did a great job and it really helped us out as I have a bad back and it didn’t seem like enough to get the snowblower out for. Friendly shoveler, really appreciated him doing that for me.

We are thrilled we found JJ and Walker Place LLC. JJ was great to work with, communicative and positive. His crew are hard workers and polite. We love the professional work they did in building our beautiful deck. Highly recommend!

We hired Walker Outdoor Solutions and JJ back in 2023 to replace a crumbling retaining wall in our backyard near our pool. It was a project that looked small but with the amount of old railroad ties to be removed, earth to be moved, plants to be moved and replanted and weight of stone to be brought in we knew it wouldn’t be an easy one. JJ was very responsive, provided a fair quote, scheduled us in without over promising on timeline (which I feel like can be a huge issue these days), and did a wonderful job ok the project! Going into the project we thought we knew what we wanted and JJ provided some suggestions that he thought would make it look nicer, these suggestions didn’t increase the price of our bid at all, and indeed it looks way better than we could have thought. 2 years later we still love our backyard retaining wall! We have sent JJs name to friends and family across the twin cities because he is attentive to his clients, is a very hard worker (especially for his age!) and does phenomenal work. Can’t wait to have him back for more projects!

We hired JJ and Walker Outdoor Solutions for a hot tub paver pad and a walking path from our driveway to the backyard. This also included designing and building a set of stairs to the current screened porch. JJ met with us to discuss designs and paver choices to match with our existing color scheme on our home. The project ended up being a pretty big job as we also had Walker LLC rip out our old outdated plastic landscape edging (around the entire house) and replace it with new bullet pavers. Everything looks so clean and just fantastic! We are extremely happy with the final product!

JJ and the team at Walker Outdoor Solutions did a fantastic job building our paver patio and adding landscaping around it. Their quote for the job was very reasonable. They were very efficient in completing the job and the end result is fantastic. JJ was very professional and communicated with us through the entire process. They truly transformed my yard and garden beds that were taking over by weeds! I bought my house in snowy months and had no clue what I was in for with the yard, assumed it was grass, but was quickly proved wrong when the thick weeds were EVERYWHERE and grew quicker than I could manage. 2 years of dealing with insane weeds that wouldn’t leave (no matter what sprays, pulling, or cutting i did) I decided to bite the bullet and wanted no maintenance. JJ came out and did the estimate, and was so willing to work within a financial budget and had no issues talking about adding things into the yard in the coming years. There was clear communication and project updates daily. From the time I confirmed the estimate and the project was complete it was only 3 days! 10/10 would recommend Walker Outdoor!

We were so pleased that JJ with Walker Outdoor Solutions came and picked up our used Christmas Tree the year, at no cost to us. It was a nice service that they offered to the Maple Grove Residents. They were kind and courteous, unlike previous years, tring to have our garbage hauler pick up our tree, at a cost to us.

From the first time that we met, JJ, we were very impressed with his friendliness, communication, and knowledge. It was very easy to communicate with him during the deck renovation project. He always got back to us within an hour. Our wraparound deck is beautiful. We can’t wait to use it!!!
