There can be no doubt that Jeff is THE one to call to grind up your tree stumps. In our case we live close by his base of operations, so his response was quick. He submitted the request to Gopher State One Call to have the utility lines marked and came out the morning after the flags were set in place. It's fun to watch him run the machine! I was super satisfied with the whole experience. I was getting a quote from another provider and called here for a second quote. Didn’t give me a blanket quote but gave very clear instructions on taking a picture of the stump, including a tape measure! Then came back very promptly with a quote, all before the other guys had shown up to look things over and give me a quote that was 3x higher! We texted back and forth and agreed on a time. There must have been an opening in their schedule because in less than 24 hours from my initial contact I was tested that he was here - right when promised. It wasn’t a huge job but in less than an hour it was done. They even did a little more than I had originally asked for, because those roots can be hidden. All-in-all a very pleasant experience.

Jeff was a very understanding my previous Tree guy stood me up for months, never called never called me back. Didn't answer messages. Lesson learned don't pay full price tell the jobs done one call to Jeff he was there the next day great professional job.
