They vacuum the carpets before doing the wet cleaning to get more dirt out. I had never seen that done before. They also have plastic guards to protect corners. The crew was curteous and friendly. Our carpets look great!

The first two times I used Aspen Air they were here within an hour. Did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning our white couches that our dog vomited on. They are quick, professional and very reasonably priced. Very happy with them and have recommended them to family and friends!

Aspen was the best rate we found to clean our carpet, which sometimes doesn't equate to the best results, but it did this time. They did a perfect job, communicated quickly and effectively, and were very friendly. Would recommend for sure, will use again.
