After promising twice to show up he never did. After that he refused to return email and multiple phone calls. Couldn't be more disappointed.

Had a tree removal scheduled weeks in advance. Due to weather conditions it had to be rescheduled, took me multiple phone calls, voicemails, and texts to get a response at all about the original appointment. I was told it was cancelled at around 5 pm the day they were supposed to be out.

Didn’t hear back from the company throughout the week of the original date, and never got a returned phone call. Decided to cancel and use a different company instead of waiting around hoping someone would call to reschedule.

I ordered what I know as a “full cord” of wood which is 4x4x8.... I received what is called a “fire place cord” I guess which come to find out is 1/3 of an actual cord. I feel as if this was false advertised. Good wood nicely stacked nice people but not worth the money.... 👎🏼

We have ordered from them in the past, and the service was fine in that instance. This week, my gf left two messages attempting to order more....she wasn’t even given the courtesy of an acknowledgement. No call backs, just crickets. A pet peeve of mine is companies that can’t simply acknowledge their customers. Very annoyed and happy to purchase elsewhere.

I bought firewood from them in 2020 and wanted to get another load. I emailed them and called them a couple days in a row with no return call or email. I then realized that they're right next to my office in Minnetonka so I walked over there and its a completely different business in that address/suite. Are they out of business??

Good price on the wood that was delivered but it was expected as the wood had only been seasoned for 3-6 months. Delivery was horrible. Before delivery, they mentioned they only drop off 6 feet from garage. I asked them to walk and extra 2 feet and they complained about it. There was also a small hill to walk up and one of the guys complained about walking up the hill. I have never had any issues with previous firewood deliveries. These guys were rude and unprofessional. I would never do business with them again.

We called and asked him for oak specifically and he said he had it. When we arrived he loaded a mixture of wood into my trailer. My wife and I had to pick through the load by hand and when finished there was very little oak. It was cold so we decided not to pick through another load. While he said it was at least hard wood he was wrong again because most was birch or poplar. I asked how much for the small pile and he wanted 100 dollars. I paid him 100 for about 50 dollars worth of wood. I had to have oak because my wife is allergic to other wood, so I would not recommend Ron.

I received a proposal from Ron late last September. He worked with me in early October with ideas to make the tree trimming more cost-effective which I very much appreciated. We had targeted a week for the work to be completed, but he never followed through. He doesn't return calls and has left me having to start my tree service search all over again - very frustrating.
