They were a great from start to finish. We had 3 trees with emerald ash that were tall. Affordable and easy to work with. Highly recommend to all my friends and family.

We had a miscommunication about a tree limb that I wanted taken down on a different part of my property from where they were working, and it got missed. When the owner found out about the situation, she felt bad and wanted to fix it right away. She sent their crew back out to my house and took down the limb that day. That was really great service!

Wow! What a great company! I’m so impressed with the work this crew does. They went above and beyond my expectations. I had many different quotes from other companies. This company came in a little higher than others and I can see why. They do the job to complete it and make sure that the trees are well maintained and will grow in as they’re supposed to. The team that showed up to do the work was very good. Each of them had their assigned job and they worked well together. They were very friendly as well. They had the right equipment and skillfully dropped the large trees right where they wanted them. Two of the trees on our property were located right beside buildings but that didn’t even slow them down. Afterwards they cleaned up and removed the limbs and brush. My problem is that they left tire ruts in the yard that should have at least been filled in and a few days later after the stump grinding (a separate sub contractor I believe), there were mounds of dirt and large holes left in the yard. For the tree removal, they had a truck here with a stack of plywood to lay down to protect the lawn but decided not to use them I guess. I called and talked to Brittany who told me that I should have expected lawn damage from tree removal. She said that “stump cleanup” was a separate line item in the quote and that I had not checked that item. When I looked back, she was right. It was an “option”. (My bad). Otherwise, the crew did a great job and I can easily recommend them as long as you (1) specifically ask them to lay down wood sheets to drive on to protect your lawn, and (2) make sure you check the option box for “Stump cleanup” on the quotation form if you don’t want a mess left behind. Their pricing was the best we found in the area.

The junk mail I get from this company is annoying.
