New Brighton Heating and Cooling is NOT at 2033 Old Highway 8 NW in New Brighton.

Abbott Heating and cooling sent two techs to diagnose my furnace and neither tech had any idea what they were doing. They were on the phone the whole time being told what to do by someone, assuming another tech. They left without giving us an answer on why our furnace is not running. Even though they did not know, they still made us pay $150 diagnosing fee. Called another company out, and the problem was figured out in 15 mins.
