Mike came out to our house to do a main draining cleaning and was also able to do a sewer scope for us on request. Extremely professional and informative on the process and walked us through what he did and found. Would recommend.

Chad came out to clean out the main line. Since we couldn't find the clean out (buried in a wall), Chad gave me honest feedback and said he shouldn't try to get to the main line unless we go through the clean out, so I eventually found it. He came back quickly, did a very thorough job - hit the roots a second time to really clear them out. Reasonable pricing. I'll be calling John's next time and will be asking for Chad. Thanks so much!

We call John's any time we need our sewer cleaned, and they've never failed us in an emergency! We have a lot of roots in our sewer line so have them visit at least every 18 months. We've had them check it with a camera twice in the last 8 years and each time they are honest and helpful in helping us monitor the quality of the main sewer. The techs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful.
