I had an excellent experience with Rick from “The Pleasant Plumber.” From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and punctual. We had a concerning water stain on our kitchen ceiling, which turned out to be caused by a leaking pipe from the second-floor bathroom. Rick quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly explained what was going on, and walked us through the repair so we knew exactly what to expect.
The work was completed promptly and with great attention to detail, and the quality truly exceeded my expectations. Richard did a great job with completing a toilet install and shutoff value replacement for me. He explained everything thoroughly before starting work and during the process.
