Jason Lesser was the lead person in replacing our tub with a walk in shower. He and his crew were efficient, timely, polite, and communicated clearly as to steps being taken during removal and replacement of items. The shower looks and works great. I would be remiss if not mentioning the good work done by Hank and Rory. too.

I’ve been thinking about upgrading my bathroom shower for a year or so. I wanted to share my experience, despite not being able to move forward with a project at this time. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and did not pressure me to move forward. They use Kohler products and I was very impressed with the quality. I also appreciated that this was a small business. The pitch was a pleasurable experience and I hope to use them for my project in the future.

Dave Loehrer and crew were in time, professional, hard working, knowledgeable and did a great job!! We love how our new bathroom looks after the remodeling. Only negative comment we have is how long it took to get the project completed. We signed contract and put half down May 8th and project completed March 8th. Originally job was quoted as 12 -15 weeks to complete. We are very happy with how it all looks now though. Thanks Dave and crew!

Jason Lesser and Ryan were very professional and hard working. They problem solved and issue we had with our shower install, they were very clean and responsible with their work. The new shower is gorgeous, exactly what we wanted.

Frank Gallagher and Jeff Hagkamp were at our home today to correct an installation error on our new vanity. They did a splendid job in making the height of the vanity more user friendly to the needs of my wife. They worked efficiently and in a professional manner completing the job to my wife's satisfaction. Thank you Frank and Jeff

Derek Blake removed our old shower stall insert and replaced it with a beautiful shower that looks great! We will certainly not miss the old one! It was done professionally, and quickly, and there was no mess left behind. We are very pleased with the job that was done and would recommend MN Shower and Bath to all our friends and family!

After a delay due to the pandemic supply chain issues, we were able to get our installation this week. Because our shower was moving, instead of being replaced in the same location, it took 3 days to get the work done.

We had expected that they would send qualified installers, but they sent craftsmen. Jason and Skylar definitely cared about their work and made sure it was high quality.

Installing in an older home can have challenges such as walls out of plumb and uneven floors. These two took each one in stride and made sure that their work was properly done.

I had my shower remodeled. Scott Miller was my installer. He was extremely wonderful to work with. He was here when he said he would be. Very courteous and very thorough. Clean work and cleanup. The shower was installed to my satisfaction, and on time. I was kind of nervous initially, wondering if I had picked the right company. I think I did! Very professional!

Dave Loehrer installed a brand new beautiful shower in our guest bath today. He was helpful, informative, efficient and resourceful (even when he ran into unexpected issues). We would definitely recommend his services.

I had my tub replaced with a shower. Our installer was Tom Buchta. He was on time, professional and did a very nice job. When he was done he did an excellent job cleaning up after himself. Before the install, we had miscommunications with MN Shower & Bath and were quite unhappy with the experience. Tom turned our opinion around and I highly reccomend requesting him as your installer! Kudos to Tom - thank you!

Minnesota Rusco installers started a bathroom remodel in my home, but didn't do a very good job. Many, many mistakes as well as being more than a year after original contract. Frank Gallagher and Jeff Haskamp from Minnesota Shower & Bath finally came in this week and corrected all the mistakes. These two guys are GREAT fixers.

We just had our bathroom remodeled by A&R Construction Co, via Minnesota Shower and Bath. John and Zach were amazing installers - extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and meticulous. No detail was left undone by these two, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. They are true master craftsmen, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

We made arrangements to have our shower redone last January 2022. We were told that the job would be completed in May or June.

The contractors didn’t arrive until September. When they did arrive the shower door was the wrong size and they had no trim to complete the job.

When I signed off on the job I marked it as incomplete. The following Monday we got a call from MN S&B that they wanted final payment. They stated the job was done and less than $1000 was needed to complete the job. The door alone was $3000. There is no trim around the top to seal the shower walls and the shower is unusable.

I had to contact them after the fact to put the correct door on order. I was told that I would be contacted on when the work would be complete within a day or two. They did not contact me.

I just called them and was told that the door will be arriving late October or early November. The customer representative was extremely short and unapologetic.

I can only hope that this small job can be completed this year. I understand that there are supply issues but would expect some sort of respect as a customer. Especially, due to the high cost of their service.

I would not recommend them. I am very frustrated and disappointed.

On Monday Dean and Brandon arrived to install our new walk in shower. They were very professional. They answered all our questions and did a fantastic job of installing our shower. Once the job was completed they cleaned up after themselves, everything look awesome when they left.

They did a wonderful job. We love the finished product. My Installer was Scott Brown and he was great. Very accommodating, on time every day, clean, and organized.

My master bath is beautiful ! Scott Brown was the incredible one man show that did the work. He was very talented, professional ,punctual and a pleasure to work with,even my dog enjoyed having him around.
I'm very pleased with my products and only wished I did this years ago. The guest bath is now looking a bit drab !

The gentlemen were very thorough and explained what was taking place with our shower installation. He kept us informed about what was taking place and how long it would take. The whole crew was very professional and
timely with our shower installation. Other customers would be pleased to have this crew working in their home. Thank you to them for giving us an updated look to our bathroom!

My husband and I are vey pleased with the bathroom remodel that Minnesota Rusco did. We had a tub to shower conversion done plus vanity , toilet , flooring replacement and our bathroom door widened by 4 inches. The installers, Doug and John were highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
Our job took the 5 days that were planned.
We highly recommend Minnesota Rusco and are so happy with the remodeling crew we had.

Dave Loehrer and his crew did an excellent job removing the old shower/ tub enclosure with great efficiency. Then installed the shower enclosure and glass doors , all while keeping us informed on progress as the went along. They were done by 2pm. amazing time to complete this project. As i witnessed it being done. there were no short cuts on quality or workmanship . GREAT JOB GUYS!!

Frank exceeds expectations for customer service and making sure that the work product is of the highest quality. He takes ownership in his work product . He is a true professional and team leader/foreman. His team respects him because he leads by example: polite, hard working, meticulous, methodical, and respectful.
Jeff Haskamp : a polite gentleman, solid workmanship, attentive to preservation of surrounding existing amenities during tear out, mindful of cleanliness and minimal associated mess with the project.
Eduardo Salazar : extremely attentive, hard working, polite, and respectful.

These three hard working, talented men are the face of the company and represented the company with incredible expertise.

David Loehrer and crew did a great job covering floors and cleaning up. He was friendly and explained the process and answered questions. They even blew leaves out of the garage where they were working! Shower looks great!
