Replacement of our roof and siding, damaged by high winds, was very professional, thorough and prompt, and they look beautiful. A ceiling that was previously damaged was also replaced and looks better than when it was new.

I had one small problem with my facia after the job was complete and one of the owners was at my door the next morning to fix it. I have done paintless dent removal on vehicles for a decade, and specialize in exotic cars, so I know about hail. This is the only company I trust when it comes to fixing up my house! So many of the construction people I know never answer their phones. These guys are awesome. 👍🏾

Honest local contractor. We had hail damage all over our roof and Jonny was nice enough to walk us through the entire inspection while showing us what he is looking for. Quality Control Noel guided us throughout the rest of the insurance process and eventually got us approved for a new roof with gutters too!

Dewey came out after the storm and that was a God send. I’d never had to deal with storm damage. They were professional and knowledgeable which helped me to trust what they said as it always aligned with their actions. The timeliness and follow through was exceptional. I would recommend Noel and Dewey to anyone with confidence that they too will have their expectations exceeded just like mine were. It is no exaggeration to say I feel like I’ve found a once in a lifetime contracting team. I was just ending my dealings with a very poor performing contractor when I was referred to NorthernPro and to say I was coming in weary would be an understatement. After trying to slug things out for two years with my old contractor, racing against deadlines, and having less than half of my claim work completed, Noel immediately stepped in and began wading through paperwork and insurance communication and lifted the burden completely. He was knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and kind. I was never made to feel like my questions were burdensome or silly and any concerns I had were immediately addressed in depth. It seems like that would be the industry standard but I hadn’t realized how rare good communication is until I finally had it.

Within two months every big project left on the claim has been completed (and they even fixed shoddy work done by the previous guy). Every team he sent has been exceptional and more than realistic and reasonable in their pricing. He has followed up after every one of them and even followed up on a side project outside the original scope on the claim because they are just that thorough here.

I cannot thank NorthernPro enough for all that they have done nor can I recommend them any more highly than I do now. They are my team for life.
