I'm no tree hugger. But money speaks loudly. And I've happily discovered that putting a solar system on my house is a good financial investment. What initially looks expensive quickly gets reduced by a 26% federal tax CREDIT (not a deduction, but rather works like withholding to lower your tax bill); then there are the Xcel Energy incentives that pays you hundreds of dollars each year for just owning the system; then there is a money that Xcel Energy pays you for the extra electricity you make. Apadana helped me understand how all this works and I'm glad they did. Plus, they did an outstanding job installing my system. Working with them was easy. I just sent them my home address and my electric bill and they did the rest. Federal rebates go down on 1/1/2021 so if you're thinking of going solar, now is the time!

We were guided to Apadana by CU Green, the MN credit union website for those intrested in solar. CU Green did a lot of research on solar companies in Minnesota and Apadana met their standards. Using Apanda makes the credit application much smoother.

I hired them to install my Tesla charger with a bypass switch and a second socket meter in my garage. All they installed was the charger and billed me the full price of everything I was quoted.

I actually gave you the spec. design directly from Elk River Utilities for the design they requested to give me off peak hours rate. Which requires a bypass switch and a second socket meter installed for the cheaper rate. All that was done was hard wiring it directly into my circuit breaker. NO STITCH OR BYPASS SOCKET.

I paid with my credit card before they ever came out and started the work. Then suddenly I get the bill and see a late charge. How is there a late charge when I paid in full before the work was even started?

We narrowed down our solar options to a few providers and actually did not go with Apadana Solar. However, we were very close to using them. Apadana was very professional and responsive to questions throughout the search process. I'm part of a larger project in downtown Minneapolis, and the crew has been the most offensive and disorganized group I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. As far as coordinating and having interaction on a job, they have been the sloppiest and rudest group, unlike any supplier I've ever had working in my space.

Apadana is FANTASTIC to work with! After purchasing a Tesla I needed to find someone to install a garage charger. Cecilia at Apadana was absolutely amazing. She was quick to respond, very professional and extremely thorough. I sent her photos of my garage and electricl box set up, and she explained exactly what to expect, helped me identify the equipment, the location, all of it. She coordinated everything from getting me the Tesla wall charger, to contacting my energy provider (Connexus), to coordinating the state inspection. On install day, Amir and his coworker were on-time and they walked through the install with me to confirm everything (external meter equipment, where I wanted my charger, etc...). I needed an external meter socket installed to take advantage of the power company's EV rate program, so they explained exactly what that all entailed. The completed the installation in about 5-6 hours, and then walked me through a quick test of the equipment to make sure it worked. When the State Inspector came out he commented that I must have had someone very knowledgable do the install because everything looked perfect. I would use Apadana 10 out of 10 times... they were absolutely wonderful. Thank you Cecilia, Amir and team!

The team from Apadana was great in all respects. They created a competitive system that met our specifications, with a financing plan suited to our budget. The panels that were selected and installed have a high performance rating which will keep our system producing with excellent efficiency for many years. The installers were courteous and friendly, while working in a timely way. We look forward to the benefits of going solar in less than 2 months from the date we signed our initial agreement! Going solar CAN really pay - between the 26% federal tax credit, and benefits 2 ways from Xcel. It's the way to contribute to clean energy future at home!
