Subzero temperatures Friday evening, and our furnace was not functioning properly. Saturday Metro HVAC had availability to service our furnace. Tim arrived and in relatively short order, diagnosed the issue and got it up and running. We have used Metro for regular service over the last 5 years we have lived in Minnesota. We highly recommend their services. Very responsive and professional.

Alexandr was great! Fixed my problem quickly, and reviewed our electrical panel explaining what we were looking at. Would highly recommend Alexandr again and again.

Denzel was very professional, knowledgeable and helped answer all of my questions as well as get me setup with a quote on a new water heater/softener combo. Much appreciated!

Brandon from Hero Plumbing was a pleasure to have work on our clogged kitchen sink. He explained what he would do, quoted 3 different service options and cleared our clog. He arrived in the expected time frame, placed protective "tarps" around the area and left the area as he found it.

Chris Davis did an excellent job evaluating my situation. Suggested several alternatives and answered all my questions. Chris was on time and polite.
I will remain a Hero customer for my home service needs.

Dwight was thorough and answered all my questions. He gave a detailed accounting of the issues with the ventilation system and furnace. I’m reviewing the cost as with any ventilation system and furnace it is very expensive to fix or maintain. It seems overpriced, but I won’t know until I do some comparison shopping. The Long term, Short term, and Band Aid quotes came in well over $1000.

Just had a new HVAC and water heater installed by Keith and Matt; super impressed by their efficiency, knowledge and friendliness. All the staff we've encountered with Metro has been a pleasure, including the repairman that serviced our HVAC in July, sorry, I didn't get his name. Shout out to Roy N. as he was the salesman that made the first visit to assess our home needs. Thank you Metro!!!

Dripping faucet we couldn't fix. Pat gave me great direction on next steps and we have a plan. He is very knowledgeable and approachable/friendly. He took the time to explain everything and gave me several options for repair. We shared some dog and travel stories...by the time he left I felt like I had a new friend!!

Very helpful explaining options and the proposed scope of work. Also checked water pressure while there. I did not end up using Phil and he did not charge for the estimate but I appreciated his courtesy with the project.

Jerry was great! Been using MetroAir (now Hero) since we bought our house. They always reach out for annual checkups so I don't need to worry about tremendous to schedule myself. They showed me all of their concerns and did not pressure me into anything.
