WOW! Danny from Titan Heating and Cooling did an exceptional job. Their customer service is top notch and they go above and beyond to find solutions even in difficult situations. I can't say enough good things about them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for help with Heating and Cooling issues.

Danny was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. He found the issue with my central a/c unit immediately, explained what needed to be done very clearly, and performed the work quickly and very well.
One thing only: please be sure to make it very clear when setting an appointment with a customer whether there will be a charge for coming out to the site, or not. I can understand a diagnostic check to determine the issue should be charged, but if the customer is expecting a replacement quote only, then there should be no charge or if there is, then it should be very clear at the time of setting up the appointment. Thank you.

After calling some of the bigger names I got the felling my job was too small for them. I wasn't replacing or servicing a furnace so probably no money in it. After calling Titan they came out promptly, got the job done and for a reasonable price. After removing a wall I needed to relocate two intakes and one return vent and also shift an eexhaust vent over a bit to accommodate the new microwave location. I considered doing the work myself but after seeing the final product I was glad I left it to the professionals. Kyle was obviously an experienced tinner and made sure the job was done to code as he knew we were having all the work inspected by the city. He even set me up with all the parts I would need to connect my new vented microwave after the cabinets went in. Ill be ditching my big name guy and calling Titan to service my furnace and eventually replace my AC.

We had Titan Heating & Cooling out to do a Furnace Clean & Check this past winter. Danny the technician showed us three cracks in our heat ex-changer. Time for a new furnace! They were very prompt in replacing and disposing of our system. Kelly explained how the new system differs from the old and walked through everything with us. They are a very honest, up front, and knowledgeable company! We would highly recommend them to our neighbors, family, and friends!

I work in the HVAC industry and I can say Titan is the best in the business, honest and reliable techs that do a great job every time. Kyle does all of the work at my house and I recommend them whenever anyone asks for an HVAC contractor.

My AC stopped working overnight and when I called that morning we scheduled for the next day. Not long after they called back saying they had an opening that day.

The tech came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and replace the broken parts. All in all in took less than an hour.

Tech was extremely friendly and explained each step he took while doing the repair and instructed me on how to properly maintain the AC.

We are so impressed by the service every time we use Titan. I can trust the work and Kyle is easily one of the nicest people on the planet to deal with. Highly recommend Titan for duct cleaning, tune-ups, or repair!

I use Titan Heating and Cooling for all of my HVAC needs. Phil (the owner) is so warm and accommodating. The technicians go to great lengths to explain everything they are doing and don't treat me like a dumb homeowner. They have installed an new high efficiency furnace and a new air conditioner for us. They perform all of our preventative maintenance and service too. We love them!

I've been using Titan for 6-7 years. Our furnace cut out last night. Made a 9:30p call and they answered, they had someone out first thing this morning as promised, 8am on the nose. Good people, Great service and most importantly, when they tell you what they will do, they do it. Coming from a small town and a family HVAC company growing up, this is what you want!

We received good service on our furnace provided by a knowledgable and courteous technician, Kyle. He diagnose the problem with asking 2 questions (on the phone, en route to my house), and efficiently fixed it. He took time to thoroughly explain how the heating unit works in my home, which help me understand the work that had been done and what to expect going forward. It was a good job done!

After realizing I had issues with my AC on one of the hottest days of the summer, I called Titan Heating and Cooling on a Thursday morning. They had one of their guys, Kyle, out to my house immediately. Kyle is not only one of the most friendly individuals I've ever met, but he is EXTREMELY knowledgable. He had me tag along with him the entire time while he diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me.

I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing when it comes to heating/cooling and could easily be taken advantage of when it comes to repair costs (which has happened with many other companies) but Kyle walked me through everything and broke it all down in terms I could understand. Make no mistake, these guys are not just "techs"... they are professionals in every sense of the word and have certifications and degrees to back it up.

You will not find a more honest or responsive company. I cannot say enough about Danny, Kyle, and their entire team. These guys are seasoned Pro's and they have 100% of my business going forward.

I was very impressed with the service we received from Titan. We contacted them on a weekend and they came out right away to identify the problem with our furnace not throwing heat (after some DIY diagnostics didn't work). The serviceman listened to what we had done and explained how it helped the furnace. He then did a thorough look at our furnace and found the issue with our gas flow causing the problem. It was promptly fixed and with a good explanation of how to identify problems in the future. The service technician was knowledgeable and I appreciated his willingness to teach us during the visit. In all contacts Titan was professional and demonstrated great customer service and care. They were punctual and followed through on everything they said they would do. I would highly recommend them for any furnace issues you may encounter.

Talk about a miracle worker. My dad (a classic Mr. Fix-It) had tinkered with my A/C for months trying to get it to work properly without much success. One call to Kyle and he was able to squeeze me into his schedule and fix my A/C. (Just in time too, since we were in the middle of an early June heatwave.) I can't thank Kyle enough for his efficient service. We will be using Titan in the future for all of our HVAC needs.

My air went out in the middle of a heat waive. Phil responded to my request for a quote in a timely manner. He came out on a Wednesday afternoon to verify what type of unit I needed and we scheduled an appt for the following Monday, the earliest opening they had in the middle of COVID19 . He called me that evening saying they had to reschedule something for Tuesday and they had an opening the next morning!

Dan and Kyle arrived at 8:00 and installed the new unit. They were professional, polite, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. The new unit was installed in about 2 1/2 hours. Very pleased with their service and the new unit is humming along. Was reasonably priced and a quality unit.

I have a few autoimmune issues and the oppressive heat and humidity are hard on me and am very thankful they were able to get me on their schedule 4 days earlier! Would definitely recommend them.

On Titan's website, part of their mission statement says "we are honest and upfront in all of our interactions and treat each one of our customers with the utmost respect.", and I couldn't agree more!

When dealing with HVAC, there's nothing worse than getting a dishonest technician who tries to take advantage of your wallet, but at Titan you'll never feel that way! I've worked with them twice now on a heating/furnace issue and an AC issue and both times they walked me through the problem, potential solutions, and worked extremely quickly to get my system back up and running.

You'll never regret choosing Titan!

Danny stopped out for a same-day service call to investigate what I believed were to be igniter issues on the furnace. Danny quickly identified all possible sources to the problem and had my furnace working again in less than a half an hour. It's clear to see that he has made a lifelong career out of understanding heating systems in their entirety, and his dedication shows when he talks about his work.

THANKS Titan! Would recommend Titan to anybody who is looking for professionalism and due diligence for their heating and cooling needs.

After hearing about Titan from a friend, I called and spoke with Buck. Buck asked to see pictures of the issue that we were having and based on the pictures walked us through how we could try to do the fix on our own. He told us if we couldn't fix it (a clogged water line) he would be happy to come out. Thankfully he was honest, the fix worked and we saved a service call. Would absolutely call on Titan again for any heating and cooling issues. Feel his honesty was refreshing.

I noticed my water heater was leaking on a Thursday morning, and by Friday morning Kyle and Kelly were at my house at 8am with a brand new water heater. They were fast, friendly and efficient and I was so glad they even took away the old water heater. I found them to be very knowledgeable about water heaters and how to properly care for them. I highly recommend Titan.

Very knowledgeable people that are honest and don't try to up-sell you. We had another major company out the same day that tried to charge us $6K to repair our AC, and even went as far to say that replacing our 10 year old AC/Furnace would be a good idea. Kyle was able to come out only 3 hours after the other company was out and had our AC working for $600, and didn't try get us to repair things that weren't broken. We plan on referring them to our friends and family. Thanks again

Kyle and his team replaced my ancient furnace and a/c today, were super kind and funny and professional, in at 8am and out and done by 230. They took extra care to ensure everything looked great, even sweeping my basement floor! The cost was the most affordable I've seen, everything works and looks great--plus my dogs really liked these guys, which says a lot. Would absolutely recommend and use them again.
