WOW! Danny from Titan Heating and Cooling did an exceptional job. Their customer service is top notch and they go above and beyond to find solutions even in difficult situations. I can't say enough good things about them and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for help with Heating and Cooling issues.

Danny was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. He found the issue with my central a/c unit immediately, explained what needed to be done very clearly, and performed the work quickly and very well.
One thing only: please be sure to make it very clear when setting an appointment with a customer whether there will be a charge for coming out to the site, or not. I can understand a diagnostic check to determine the issue should be charged, but if the customer is expecting a replacement quote only, then there should be no charge or if there is, then it should be very clear at the time of setting up the appointment. Thank you.

After calling some of the bigger names I got the felling my job was too small for them. I wasn't replacing or servicing a furnace so probably no money in it. After calling Titan they came out promptly, got the job done and for a reasonable price. After removing a wall I needed to relocate two intakes and one return vent and also shift an eexhaust vent over a bit to accommodate the new microwave location. I considered doing the work myself but after seeing the final product I was glad I left it to the professionals. Kyle was obviously an experienced tinner and made sure the job was done to code as he knew we were having all the work inspected by the city. He even set me up with all the parts I would need to connect my new vented microwave after the cabinets went in. Ill be ditching my big name guy and calling Titan to service my furnace and eventually replace my AC.
