My service technician at Biolawn provides a 10 out of 10 each time he services my yard. Not only does he go above and beyond on his service, his knowledge of what my lawn's needs are and memory of past visits is great. I enjoy the time he takes discussing my lawns needs and maintenence. Highly recommend Justin and Biolawn!

It has been over 6-7 years since I have been a customer of Biolawn. Our lawn is the best on the block. I will only use non toxic products for my yard. It is a bit more in cost but now the maintenance on the lawn is minimal and I am respecting all wildlife and the environment. My lawn has recovered well from grubs I had 2 years ago with their help. If there are issues, they are very quick to assist. Great customer service from the main office, to the field workers and techs.Dennis has been professional and very responsive to any of my concerns. Grant is our favourite tech😄. Thank you!

Biolawn is by far the best lawn care company in our community. They go above and for their customers and the result never disappoints. If I could give BioLawn a 10 star review I would. We have used them for many years and I just can’t say enough good things about the people and the services they provide. Everyone I have ever interacted with has been professional, knowledgeable and kind. They are simply the best!!

Mr. Grant was on time, very courteous, kind and well spoken. He explained clearly what he was going to do. Heard our concern and let us know he would talk if there was any problem with the lawn. He said he would send us an email regarding our services and followed thru with it. I really appreciated his communication and respectful demeanour towards us. I value customer service the most and see it vanish in the US today. It was nice to have prompt and great service. Thank you.

New customer to biolawn this year. My expectations so far have not been met. Bought the fertilizer and weed control package. My assumption is they spray for weed control BEFORE it's a major problem but I've been told over multiple calls my area is not yet scheduled for the broad leaf control (dandelions and creeping charlie). So basically they'll address the issue after it happens. I figured lawn services get ahead of issues before they happen so you have a nice looking lawn. I'm willing to adjust my rating should this get resolved but so far, my lawn and i are not happy and I've been told they'll be out at some unknown time in the future for the next application. Seems from the pictures the time is now, or actually the time was a few weeks ago so these problems wouldn't be so out of control.

Edit. Spoke to manager Dennis today who was very receptive to my concerns and assured me the experience I've had is not as intended. They'll be out in the next day or two which I think is responsive customer service. He also provided insight into how their weed control works versus my expectation which was great to learn, could have been better to know beforehand. Ultimately time will tell, but I've adjusted up one star at the moment for good customer service from the manager Dennis. I'll plan to post follow pictures a couple of weeks after the treatment so the results can be appreciated.

New edit. It's been a couple weeks and the lawn is looking better. I've cut it a couple of times and as you can see in the pictures the weeds are dying. I can't hold biolawn accountable for the quality of my lawn, minus the weeds, during the first season of using them, and would have been nice to have no weeds to start, but definitely it appears the products used work well. No problems for my dog. I'll be curious to see what the next month or so brings. Increased review another star and added a few pictures of the progress.

Final edit. After some time my lawn is looking good and the creeping charlie issue is gone. No dandelions are reappearing. I appreciate the response from biolawn to make things right and provide good customer service. Attached are a couple new/recent photos showing my lawn looking much better than before. Happy with results.

Our lawn has never looked better! Biolawn does an excellent job of letting their customers know when they will coming to your home and if there is a change they always let you know in advance. They stay on top of any issues they see in the turf and suggest treatment as needed.
We were the first home on our block to use Biolawn. Because of the excellent job many of our neighbors have signed on too!

Matt was very timely with his communications and followed through with the approved plan. The work was done, mess cleaned up and I am a very happy customer. I would highly recommend Matt and company.

We waited several weeks for our appointment for an estimate. After they came out, we never heard from them again, even after attempts to contact them. I imagine that our job wasn't going to be profitable enough.
It was really disappointing that we had tried to go local, wasted so much time waiting, and then no response.

Excellent service. Staff was professional and took good care of our property. Job was scheduled and completed quickly. Would recommend and use company again without hesitation.

McDonough Landscaping did a phenomenal job with the spring cleanup of my yard. I highly recommend them.

Matt and team were able to shoehorn in a small job for me at the last minute--removed an old arbor vitae, reconfigured rocks, planted a new evergreen. They did outstanding work, and I recommend them highly!
