I foolishly called Servpro of North Saint Paul / White Bear Lake and boy am I sorry I did that. They came a little after 5pm (overtime rate of $336.16 / hour plus a $25.00 fuel surcharge, they were here for less than three hours and removed a 6' x 6' chunk of carpet of which they charged over $1,500.00. When I called to talk with them they said we use a standard program to estimate charges not by the hour (they don't want to talk in hours because even they would cringe at over $500.00 / hour ) call ANYONE else, these folks are crooks!

Informational, detailed, professional, attentive. Levi, Ted, Jesus, Brandon and Keiarra were wonderful to work with.

We had a pipe burst, and the team that showed up was great! They kept us informed of the process and expected times, along with potential unforeseen events that might occur. I would use and recommend them again!

I give this company no stars. I called them about water damage in basement. The after hour's person took my info and said he'll have someone call me back, 2 days later no call went with another company that was there right away, very informative and would use them again if needed. I'm never calling Servpro again and wouldn't recommend to anyone because they don't call you back, must of thought our job was to small for a Holiday weekend.

After spending 2 days calling all the wrong people, I was given a family referral to Servpro. 5 hours later, my saturated basement carpet was out, dehmid & air scrubbers in place, and insurance + Servpro working in coordinated fashion. While the restore and build will take some time, I already know I am in great hands. Total stress relief with Servpro walking me through the process. 5 full stars...easy.
