Almost got hit by one of these idiots blowing a stop sign.

Awesome company! Not afraid to help livestock farmers in need!

Just called at 4:58. He answered, and said he would be out to look at it tomorrow or the next day even though I said it wasn't urgent.

I have called this company 3 times to get a estimate on a new circuit box & they wont even return my call !!! This company is not professional just like most in MN.

As a Realtor, I always call on these folks to take care of my clients electrical needs. He has never failed me or my clients.

Gerry is great. Friendly, honest, timely, and a pro at what he does. I would definitely call him for service in the future.

Absolutely the best farm service to our new shop including access for computer and WIFI service. Repeat provider of electrical support including geo thermal service connection for our heating upgrade previously.

Very disappointed. Had him over for an estimate on work we wanted done. Nothing for 3 weeks. Called him back, said he'd have it by the end of the week. 3 more weeks passed and no estimate or return call.

So, I called the #1 google search result electrician on day 1 (got a lady who said she would pass along my message), I called the #2 google search electrician on day 2 (and left a message).

On day 3 I had not heard from #1 or #2 so I called Franek (#3 search result) and left a message. The next day (day 4) Franek called me back and the day after that they were at my house and took care of the problem.

So, go with Franek, they are nice and actually call you back. :) Thank you Franek!

Gerry was very professional from talking on the phone to getting the job well done. He answered all questions and was prompt- helped out even in the same day. Would highly recommend for any electrical needs.

Fantastic service! Got in over my head on a home improvement project and Gary came out right away! Talked me down feom my panicked state (I was envisioning having to gut and rewire my entire house.) Very impressed with his service and seems like a great guy. Will be calling him for future electrical work!

We recently requested a service call from Franek Electric. We had three very small projects. To this company no project is too small! The serviceman was polite, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. He was in and out quickly and the fees were very reasonable. Highly recommended!!

Have used Franek in the past, but am unlikely to again. Talked with Gary 3 months ago, but not only did he not show up for our appointment, he won't return my calls and messages. Gave him the benefit of the doubt for the 1st month or so, but 3 months is past ok by a long shot.

Gerry was responsive and very helpful. He put me at ease, and solved the issue quickly. He's a trusted, reliable and kind professional. He has my highest recommendation.

They agreed over a hand shake to finish installing a bathroom fan after we had to order a part that was making it not work correctly. They were demanding payment (even though the work was incomplete); and against my better judgement, we gave in and paid. I had put off paying him because I just had a feeling that he would never finish the work once we did. And unfortunately, I was right. I have contacted the owner since to try and work it out and he says it is not his responsibility to complete work on a product that his company did not provide that we ended up needing a part for. Very disappointing and expensive lesson on our part.

This is the best electrical company anywhere. Not only are they easy to work with, they are the friendliest and most efficient company I've worked with. I was renovating a 140 year old building and they handled all my requests happily and with ease. I would give them 10 stars if that were available.

Our Realtor recommended Mike as our power went out in the bedroom 2 days after buying our house. When Mike came, he was super polite and easy to work with. Turned out that in our attic was ancient knob and tube wiring, that had been jerry rigged with a newer (but still antiquated) 2 cloth wrapped wire system that was probably done by one of the previous owners. Open circuits, and live wires strewn across the insulation in the attic, he took a lot of photos so that we could see the potential for disaster.

We obviously decided that we wanted it updated, but didn't expect to get it done that day. We figured it was going to be a bigger job or that he had other projects that were already scheduled. Surprisingly to us, he just called his guys and they spent an 8 hour day fixing it on the spot. Everything is working great, my wife and I are really happy with the results. They cleaned everything up really well and everything looks great.

Easy to work with, polite, professional and affordable. We'll definitely be using their services again in the future.
