With winter right around the corner we reached out to Diversified to come inspect our (old) furnace. They sent Tech Nate to our home and he was available same-day.

Nate was cordial, knowledgeable, and inviting. He allowed our child to watch over his shoulder and even showed him (us) a thing or two about what he was doing. Nate was honest and told us our old furnace was approaching the shelf life but still in good / working order.

Diversified is always so friendly on the phone, and will accommodate their schedule especially in emergency situations (as we discovered in the past).

As long as I am living in the SW Metro, Diversified has my family’s business for life.

I recently called Diversified to service my ductless mini split, which had been underperforming. Nathan Fiedler came out and did a fantastic job! He was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did he quickly resolve the issue, but he also took the time to explain how the system works and what I can do to maintain it.

I engaged Diversified to fix a broken main line under our home's foundation and outside our home where the main line ties into the septic. They came out and provided me a competitive bid the same day they looked at the project. Two weeks later the project was completed within one day. They have the knowledge and equipment to handle going underground with very little interruption. Very professional and did a great job cleaning up the sight after tearing a hole in our concrete floor in our laundry room. I would use them again for any future projects.

We've used twice now, and Diversified is stuck with us for any repairs/projects we need down the road! Great kind service and they fix the problem with no bs. Cannot recommend enough!

Diversified Plumber that did several repairs for me was amazing. I had rentals for 20 years and although Diversified did not do any of those jobs I know a great plumber when I see one. I had the same guy twice, forget his name, and my daughter had the same person over to her house for a big job. Quality work and the cost was right on. Don't get me wrong. Plumbers are expensive. A good plumbing company is worth it. Water damage is serious stuff and that is what they fixed for me and my daughter on all three calls.

My water heater went out on a Sunday night. I knew right away it needed to be replaced. I called Diversified around 9.am on Monday morning and had a new unit installed by 3pm. They were competitively priced with their competition, especially if you consider how fast they were able to get the job completed. The tech was super friendly and answered all the questions I had. Will definitely reach back out to Diversified for future plumbing needs.

Trevor was outstanding! He was prompt, great communication (called b4 he got to our house and throughout the job, itself). He even let our son shadow him around, which was so kind. Plumbers have really interesting equipment and technology these days! 😁 The entire experience was very professional.

Jerome fixed the leak in my master bath easily. He was delightful to work with and I highly recommend Diversified Plumbing & Heating. I was made aware of their services when I had my bathroom remodeled 2 years ago, my contractor recommended them to me.

Followed up on a leaky toilet that was installed, covered it under warranty and didn't charge. Also installed two new faucets in our master bath. Very friendly and reliable vendor. Will continue to use in the future.
