Their knowledge, professionalism, willingness to explain their plan, and friendliness is above standard amongst all the staff I interacted with. They do what they say they’re going to do.
I had a very large maple that needed heavy pruning and then needed large limbs cabled to reduce the chance of the tree splitting in high winds. Clean up was amazing down to the very last twig.
With all the storms and tree damage we have experienced this summer, I was kept in the loop with phone calls and texts as I was willing to be flexible on their schedule. Emergency tree needs first and I was confident they would have done the same for me.
I never doubted my two part tree service wouldn’t get finished. It did, late one afternoon, after a long, work filled day for Larry and Caleb, they showed up and completed the job. Then spent time with me to show and explain what they did and answer all my questions.

We bought our house about 3 years ago and this past summer we noticed two of our mature maple trees were losing significant leaves on one side. Likely due to roots being cut or damaged by the city when the sewer main was replaced. So we reached out to Larry and visited about options and decided to give the growth regulator a try to encourage new growth and extend the remaining life of the trees.

We also had them give us a bid on general tree trimming which we will likely pursue this coming year. If you want fair pricing and quality work consider L & T Tree Services for your next tree service need.

L & T did a great job for us. They were very professional and friendly. They gave us a reasonable quote and then did some extra work to take down extra trees before they finished. Everything was cleaned up and neat before they left. I highly recommend them.

L & T did a great job for us. We have hired them to do a couple of jobs for us, and both times they arrive on time, do what they say they’re gonna do, and clean up afterwards. The last time was to trim a very large tree in my front yard. I have referred them to my neighbors and they use them too. I highly recommend L&T Tree Service.

Larry and his team came out to my house to treat for Emerald Ash Borer and also trimming some of my trees. They did a great job and kept the property clean. I plan to use them again for future tree services.

L&T is fantastic. I met with them once after seeing a sign and boy am I glad I did! They were able to schedule quickly and kept me informed when the weather changed and we had to move to a different day. The yard looks better than before they arrived. I have had over 20 trees taken down at rentals I managed in St Paul over the years and I can honestly say. L&T kicked some butt making sure the yard was not damaged along with an amazing job cleaning up all the branches and also the stump area after grinding. If I need more done I know where I will be calling! One more thing, I have never had a crew say "Thank You" to me for having them do the work. Not just one guy, all of them! That is first class!

I am very satisfied with L+T tree service performance. From the initial meeting with Kaleb to discuss the job, agreeing on a quote and the job date. Eliot, Jackson, Matt and Jed arrived on time, listened to my requests to respect our neighbors property and they did just that. I appreciated that Kaleb stopped by to check on the crew and time line of completion. The crew cleaned up the area after the stump was ground as well as the yard and street. They were done on time and on budget. Thank you and job well done.

I fully recommend L and T Tree Services! I found L and T working in my neighborhood and it turns out they took over my former arborist company when he moved out of state, They successfully bid and trimmed 6 large oaks/maples on our property. I will definitely be working them again when the need arises!
