Terrible advertising with your driver on 169 in Elk River speeding like a moron and tailgating drivers just about causing an accident in your company vehicle. Believe it or not but that reflects on your company.

He did the electrical work for my parents basement remodel. Theyve never done a review before and told me to leave a glowing review because he did such a fantastic job and was so kind and professional. Theres always a language barrier for my parents but Tim was patient and responsive and my parents appreciated it so much.

Great company they had someone at my house in no time. Showed up right when they said and did a great job no complaints. I had them do a fairly large job in my garage. They brought all my existing outlets and lighting up to code and also had them install additional lighting and outlets in convenient locations. Plus they ran ethernet so that I could have powered exterior cameras. Professional and reliable 5 stars!

Tim wired my whole basement, fixed my 240v to my stove that I accidentally cut remodeling my basement and came back month later after the drywall was finished to install all the fixtures. Fast, friendly, professional and didn't cost a arm and a leg. Would recommend and use again!

We originally spoke with Tim about doing a job for us and he said yes and gave us an estimate. When we were ready to begin work his schedule was full, which was fine. We set up a day over the phone and when it was that week we called to set up the time, there was some miscommunication as tim stated he didnt remember setting up the day, understandable we are all busy. We then set it up for the following week on a Saturday. He messaged early Saturday morning saying he could be there at 10am. We were sleeping as we both work all hours. When I spoke to Tim we agreed on 11am.
Andre arrived at our warehouse and did not see him so he ran to the store to pick up parts he needed down the street. When he came back it was 11:20 and didnt see any vehicles. I ended up texting him asking if he was still coming that day as Dre was working there for a few hours.He said he was there until 11:30 and left a note on the door, which fell to the ground and was not seen right away.
I know there can be confusion but to not text or call before leaving makes no sense to me. I reached out multiple times after that to discuss the situation as the guys may have missed each other, with no response and realized today my number has been blocked.
This is not a good way to do business and the lack of communication shows a lack of respect for a potential client. If you dont want to do the job thats fine, say something. But to block people and not respond is terrible business practice.
We would not recommend doing business with this type of company ever.

We needed an electrical hookup for our dryer in our new home and 3 ceiling fans. Everyone we called was unavailable for weeks. Tim called back that day and stopped by to give us an estimate since he was in the area. By the next week, all installations were completed in a timely, no fuss manner. He also gave us a recommendation for a restaurant for Indian food!!!
