This company is overpriced and overrated. The girl who answers the phone and calls you to tell you when your cleaners are coming is incredibly rude and obviously hates her job. Waste of $, could not follow simple instructions that were given 3 times. Cleaned the entire basement, was asked to stay out of that floor and clean the upstairs. Did nothing to make it right. Will not hire again, will not recommend.

Shelley has been our lady for many years, if we can't have Shelley we often cancel. She is just awesome and in all the years I've only met her twice but our pets are very thankful she comes to visit every week.

Hey Jeff you have a chance to make things right. One of your employees stole from our house. You offered to refund the cleaning because of it which is great but you already had refunded the cleaning cause they did a poor job as well. You say call the police make a report we would prefer that you call us and make it right and pay us back for what your employee stole from us. I understand business and employees very well. WILL YOU MAKE THIS RIGHT??

The cleaning was sub par. They stole a very valuable item out of our house. The owner will not work with us to resolve the issue. Will tell many people not to use!!!!

Jeff you see the issue is that you already refunded us because they did a bad job cleaning. Also you had a chance to fix this a month ago and ignored the issue. Your office has my number please call me. So we can resolve this issue.

We consistently have the same great company professional, Tom. He always provides a very thorough and complete job. I LOVE coming home after a Maid-Pro visit!

I'm a single mom of three kids, when I called them and talked to them about working there because they were hiring they said that they would be able to work with my kids' schedule. I could only work from 8-3pm so I could get my kids on and off the bus for school. When it came down to it they would only schedule me for a couple hours a day (at most 3 hours) they told me that they do travel reimbursement I found out that was a joke on my first paycheck- you only get 5 dollars for travel reimbursement no matter how far you drive saying that customers tip over half the time so that could be gas too, when in all reality they BARELY ever tip. Well then they end up letting me go because apparently a customer complained that their house wasn't clean enough- but yet I personally got down on my hands and knees and scrubbed EVERYTHING. Made sure all dust was gone, carpets were perfectly vacuumed and everything was shined and sparkling by the time I left the house. I feel like it was just an excuse to save them some money. I honestly wouldn't recommend working there to anyone!!

For a long time we had the same people here every month and about the same day now its a diff day diff person.

Maid pro has given me so far an amazing service and has been very flexible..Hannah and Maikia has always provided us a service with quality and value and they both are very pleasant and very punctual . They are definitely great at what they do and every time they know how to make my home look beautiful....

Patti has been keeping us organized and clean for several years. She is organized, thorough, and does a great job.

Patti is also able to connect with people - but just the right amount. She greets us, we talk a bit, then she's off on her cleaning rounds.

We are very happy with her work and hope she is around a long time.

I am very glad that we have Shelly as our cleaner, she is great. She has given me a sense of satisfaction that I couldn't get with anyone else. This has taken a lot of responsibility off of me as I am my husband's caregiver since his massive stroke. This allows us to spend more quality time together.

We’ve been using Maidpro since 2006; I remember because my daughter was born that year. Shelly R has been our primary cleaner since the beginning. The same person for 10 years! It is so nice to have that consistency.

Shelly R. knows what is important to us and gets the job done. There are times when I’ve stopped by home when she is cleaning and I have to say “that girl hustles and you can tell by the sweat coming off her face!”

I have had Joy and Kathy come to my home for a few years now. They ALWAYS do a wonderful, thorough job! They are super pleasant and are able to have a joke or two while working. They are the best!

She arrived on time. Cleaning was ver thorough. Dusted all areas including window frames. Cleaned bathrooms thoroughly and mopped floors in bathrooms and kitchen granite surfaces cleaned and stainless steel appliances cleaned. I am pleased with the service

I asked them to clean the whole house because I have hard time to clean my bathroom and also I'm moving out. they showed up on time, but not with proper gear. the bathroom they tried to clean but the water stain was hard to get rid off.They said:"We tried to clean but it's not coming off. you need use something stronger...." I was expecting them to have something stronger. I mean why would I pay for something that I can do on my own? They called asked why I wasn't happy about the service. I told them why. they said they can give me 25% off or clean the bathroom again. I said 25% off would be fine since I already scrubbed bathroom with the strongest formula I can find. I wait and wait. nothing came back to my bank account. I called again I asked why there wasn't a partial refund. they said it's for next service. I mean seriously? After one bad experience do you really think I would use the service again? so they said okay they will process it, but after 2 more weeks of waiting. it's still not processed....I called several times. lead me to the voicemail... with no call back.

Had our first cleaning with Maid Pro today! It was great! Bree was wonderful! She worked around our needs (4 month old baby's naps, two working schedules) and still made everything look great!

We've been a MaidPro customer for several years now. We are extremely satisfied with the service. Typically the same cleaning professional visits our home every other Monday. She does an awesome job and has gotten to know us and our preferences over they years. I love coming home to a clean house - it is so nice to have a reliable and trusted provider. I've tried other cleaning services in the past - they were more expensive and did an incomplete job. I have always been satisfied with MaidPro's work. We highly recommend them.
