These guys are awesome. On their annual inspection they discovered my furnace was leaking carbon monoxide into the house. I had no idea! Within a few days I had a new furnace and all went great. Mike Anderson did the inspection and possibly save us from a tragic outcome. David Bryant and his team did a great job on the replacement. Prompt, courteous and professional. I only gave them 5 stars because there was not a 6 star option. Thanks Hurlburt for a job well done.

I recently used Hurlburt’s plumbing services for the first time and could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and care.

They were able to send a plumber out quickly, and I was fortunate to work with Tim, who I highly recommend. Tim was exceptional—he took the time to clearly explain the issues and solutions in a way I could understand, demonstrated deep knowledge of his craft, and went above and beyond to ensure the work was done thoroughly and correctly.

One example of Tim’s initiative: when the city came to shut off water at the curb, it wasn’t completely turned off. Rather than delaying the job and waiting for the city to return, Tim took it upon himself to address the issue—and succeeded—saving both time and hassle.

He completed a range of plumbing repairs for me, including:

Fixing a leak in the main water service valve
Repairing a laundry room sink leak
Installing a new outdoor water spigot
Fixing a leaky toilet (which was especially tricky due to the age of the home)
The toilet repair really stood out. Rather than using a standard wax ring that wasn’t quite right for the higher flange setup, Tim went out of his way to get the correct thinner ring from a supply house—taking the time to get the right part, not just the convenient one. He even sent me a quick text update while I was in a meeting so I knew where he was and what he was doing—just another example of his professionalism and communication.

Because of the positive experience I had with Tim, I chose to enroll in Hurlburt’s membership plan. I feel confident that they employ skilled, conscientious technicians, and I appreciate the peace of mind that comes with that. Pricing was also very reasonable, especially compared to other companies I’ve used in the past where I felt the quality and value didn’t match the cost.

Hurlburt exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be using them again for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services.

Staff were able to schedule us in to get our new furnace installed quickly. They were quick and efficient and they even installed our new AC unit which we expected to be done in spring, but because it was nice out they installed it while on-site which was excellent! Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided.

We were so pleased with Addison Lucey when he responded to our home to fix our plumbing problems. He was very helpful in explaining the problems and how he would be able to repair them. Very fast and efficient, and friendly putting ours minds at ease. And even going a little further covering his shoes with little covers each time when entering our home. Being senior citizens, we really appreciate not having to clean floors, when he had to make trips in and out to his truck! He had the problem fixed in a very timely manner. Truly a great, friendly, and courteous young professional. Renewed our faith in the younger generation! We would highly recommend him. He brighten our day!!

I've had a recurring problem with my in-floor heating system. Jeffrey F. from Hurlburt came over to diagnose it and immediately found a plumbing design flaw that the original general and plumbing contractors both failed to spot, even after making the first required repair.

Jeffrey F. did everything right. He was knowledgeable, thorough, he walked me through the issue, he presented three repair options, and he gladly discussed a few other minor issues that I've had with other parts of my HVAC system. Excellent.

We had a mini split unit installed in our master bedroom The guys worked fast and efficiently with obvious expertise. We hardly knew that they were here The Unit works great and we would definitely hire Paul and his team again for any HVAC needs .

Tim did a great job and was very thorough and helpful answering questions and even helped to fix a extra hose spicket. Price was high but I guess that's what Plumbing is these days.

David B. installed a new air conditioner compressor and coil today at my house. He is very pleasant and competent. Great personality. The system works perfectly!

Our first contact with Hurlburt began with Ben. He understood the situation inside and out by the time he left our home. Compared to other proposals we received, his was the most thorough and easy to understand. The install of our furnace, air conditioner, and water heater was completed by Matt, Jonah, Jordan and Tim. They were all very efficient, personable and conscientious. These guys and all the people behind the scene at Hurlburt deserve 5 stars plus. We are very happy with our new equipment and professional installation. We would not hesitate to recommend Hurlburt!

Rob came out to check out the water heater. She quickly determined the issue and promptly provided a quote for replacing the elements. He also scheduled an appointment for a colleague to come out to check out a possible electrical issue . Rob professional and prompt, courteous.

Mike Anderson did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my furnace. He fixed the issue with the humidifier and did a thorough safety check of the furnace. I'm very thankful he took so much time to check everything to ensure my family will be safe. He was friendly and polite. He explained things in a way I could easily understand and showed me the crack in my heat exchanger with a tiny , flexible camera. I highly recommend Mike.

Excellent! We are thrilled with both Jim and Matt. They came by to fix a leaky faucet and we ended up talking about radiant floor heating issues we’ve been experiencing for years. We are now going to use this company to investigate that issue further. Very professional, quick response and excellent work. Highly recommend.

Austin showed up on time to replace furnace and air conditioning unit in my rental townhouse. He was professional, efficient, and did excellent work. Hurlburt is a wonderful company to work with and I highly recommend them!

Communication to installations were all done professionally. Rob offered an opportunity for me to ask questions and explained things in details. Friendly customer service with no aggressive tactics to purchase or do anything I wasn’t comfortable doing. A+ service today.

My only constructive feedback to Hurlburt Heating & Plumbing corporate is I wish the $69 service fee was included on the price or waived for membership services.

Repair man was friendly, very polite. Explained everything he needed to do so I could understand what was going on. Looking forward to seeing him next week to do another project for us.

Hurlburt is my “go to” company for all my plumbing and heating needs. I called yesterday morning and Dan S was there early afternoon doing the work. Dan was friendly and explained everything he was doing to the furnace and why it was not functioning properly. He is an excellent technician. Shawn came in and started working immediately, he assessed the situation, went back to his truck got all the right parts came back and fixed the leaking issue very efficiently, then we talked for a while he is very friendly, Thankyou so much Shawn!

I had no prior experience with hurlbert but came across them while googling to find a plumber. The ladies I chatted with on the phone were super helpful and were able to troubleshoot the issue themselves. For peace of mind, I requested someone come out and take a look to make sure it was truly resolved and they fit me in an already full schedule. Everyone was so kind and nice and patient. I never want to need a plumber, but I’d call them first if I had an issue again!

I received excellent service. My house is older and had some oddball issues with the plumbing, and my technician approached these issues with diligence and expertise. Will definitely use this company as needed in the future.

Hurlburts’ tech crew was very professional, friendly and efficient. They all worked non- stop (9+hrs) from the moment they got here up until the new system was installed, up and running successfully along with all the old equipment loaded in the trucks. Their work area was immaculately cleaned inside and out when they were done. They kept me posted of their progress as they worked as well.
On a side note- We have 2 cats and 2 dogs that I was going to keep locked away, but they were just fine with the animals being out and about. They were super friendly to them all and extremely careful of keeping the cats inside.

Tim was outstanding at identifying and correcting a 2nd floor shower leak that created 1st floor water damage. He clearly explained what he was doing and was very careful both while working on the issue and did an exceptional job cleaning up after. He also was able to fix an issue we had with a leaky toilet tank. Same quality job. He was very personable and a good communicator. Thanks Tim!
