I will definitely use J Hunter Air Duct Cleaning again! It was easy to make an appointment and they arrived within the time window as scheduled. Both Ken and James are professional and they explained the process. They were quick but thorough and I highly recommend their services.

Showed up 3 hours late.
Equipment was not charged and ready for job.
Unorganized in multiple ways.
Couldn't complete job because he didn't have proper equipment with him at time of service. (who does that?)
Rescheduled to later in the day so he could arrive with said equipment.
Called after said time saying he couldn't obtain said equipment and couldn't make appointment.
Rescheduled to another day.
30 minutes late.
Once manager/owner was notified, he messaged saying he was going to be another 30 minutes late.
Fun times.
One of the most frustratingly amateur and unprofessional services to exist. Avoid at all cost.
