Scott and team were great: speedy work, even landscaped the area for a new install of A/C. Polite and professional, with a great interaction with their back office.

Great crew of 3 completely cleaned all of the duct runs, cleaned out my dryer venting, installed a new outside dryer vent, and cleaned up after themselves. All were highly professional and gave me a good competitive price. Highly recommend!

I very highly recommend Priority Heating & Cooling! I posted a 5 star review a couple years ago highly recommending Priority Heating and this is a new 5 star review for the new furnace and thermostat that Scott and Levi installed in my home on 3/3/2026. They arrived right on time to dismantle and haul out my old furnace. When installing my new furnace they paid attention to every detail. I occasionally went down the basement to check how things were going and both Scott and Levi were happy to answer my questions and keep me informed. This job took the entire day. After my new furnace was installed, and they turned my natural gas back on, they made sure that every gas appliance was working (e,g., hot water heater, etc.), installed and set up my new wifi thermostat (that came with my new furnace), and checked every room in my house to check the flow of air from my new furnace. They took great care in protecting my floors with tarps and when the job was finished every piece of debris was loaded in their vans to be hauled away. My entire experience with Priority Heating has been great : the in-depth inspection of my old furnace by Scott the week before which uncovered a lot of issues, being presented different options for repair or replacement of my furnace, and now I am enjoying my new furnace and thermostat and have peace of mind that everything is now up to code and I have a top quality furnace. Scott and Levi are very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and personable. And it was obvious to me they make a very good team; they were a joy for me to work with. THANK YOU!
