Worst experience with this company. I call to ask for a quote. Before anything I was never told of their service call fees, which I know most company has. The worker who had came out, I showed him the leak. Before going forward it would of been nice to have mentioned the cost to diagnosis the problem. I got nothing and he start to work on it. Short and simple the job took of anything 15mins to remove the handle and see it was a leaking stem. Quick tighten and that was all. He also left a dirty prints all over my tub and floor that I had to clean up after still. Overall I should have waited on other companies who communicate better with the customer. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

First time customer and highly recommend! They installed a water softener and a water line shutoff valve. Adam was assigned to the job. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The work was done with care and great detail. Rates were very reasonable too. I’ll be using Tony’s from now on!
