Eric was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and professional from the first phone call. He came out to install recessed lighting, updated light switches, installed fan rated boxes and ceiling fans in three of our bedrooms. In addition to a very fair price, he even helped correct an additional electrical issue we were having. We recently purchased a townhouse in Rogers, MN. The builder uses LDM Electric for all electric work orders. We have had some issues with the smoke alarm system recently and have had to put in work orders. The 1st work order went smoothly and Eric installed a new smoke alarm. However the issue occurred again and we had to put in another work order. This time, Eric was not willing to listen and used a condescending tone. I believe Eric is the manager - which is surprising. Since it is a new construction, we don’t really have a choice on who we can submit work orders with. But if we did have a choice, I would NOT recommend this company.

Alec and his crew were great! Super easy to work with and actually took the time to explain what was going on. Definitely went above and beyond. We’ll definitely call them again for future projects.
