Everyone has off days but damn they did a terrible job. Dust and dirt left everywhere. They came back out a second day to try again and still we had to dust and clean ourselves. Nothing was vacuumed at all. It's very unfortunate because I see nothing but excellent reviews but after this experience I cannot in good faith recommend them at all.

I read the online reviews and decided to hire MaidPro. If I could give them a zero I would.
They cleaned my house three times and I was so disappointed. My house is always pretty clean, we don’t have children and there is zero clutter so you would think it is a house that is pretty easy to clean. Not for this company.
Terrible service, left my floors dirty, counters weren’t wiped down, showers weren’t touched, the kitchen appliances look liked they were cleaned by a 5 year old and just in general did a horrible job.
The customer service rep tried her best to make up for it but honestly if you don’t have employees who care about their work it is tough to ensure a decent job is done. The first clean was absolutely awful. I sent her pictures to show her how bad it was.
The second clean was average but at least a few things were actually clean. The third time was horrible again and the last straw was they left my front door unlocked. I would never hire this company again and have found an amazing woman who has her own company and takes pride in what she does. When I went to cancel the service nothing was offered when they left my house open to anyone who wanted to just walk in for hours or the fact that my house was still not clean.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
