I had such a great experience with this company. I was able to have my furnace issues solved very quickly. I worked with Donovan and he had great customer service and communicated with me throughout the process. The technician was friendly, honest, and efficient. I would recommend this company.

Just a quick review: really great service, I don't know how they could improve. I highly recommend. Brian and Lexi have been great (and so was the whole installation crew, whose names I have forgotten.) We've had our heat pump/high efficiency furnace for 5 months now, everything is running great.

This company is the BEST! Brain did our initial evaluation and was so thorough and explained everything to us without any pressure to buy or upgrade. Mason and Andrew did our install for a new AC and furnace. They were quick and efficient as well as kind when answering all questions.
I would 10/10 recommend this company to anybody that needs HVAC repair or installation. Their communication was fast, great financing options, and very kind workers!

Had comfort solutions come out for a repair on my furnace today. This is my second time soliciting their services and I will definitely use them again should the need arise. The technician was great. He was super personable and funny and knew what he was doing. He was able to fix my issue quickly and for a reasonable price. The turn around time was also great for getting serviced. I made the initial call later afternoon on a Monday and everything was set to go by 10 am on Wednesday. Highly recommend.

My AC went out and I'd gotten a pretty scary quote from another company. Called Comfort Solutions for a 2nd opinion, Wade was here 1st thing the next morning and got the problem diagnosed in a few minutes. He replaced the parts and had everything up and running within half an hour. He was kind, informative and straightforward. Would 100% recommend and would call again!

I had my 20+ year old air-conditioning unit and coil replaced. I selected Comfort Solutions because of their good reputation at installing Trane units. They run a smooth operation! It was fantastic to work with Brian (sales) He did a thorough job with heat load calculation and assessment of my existing systems. He used this information to provide me with a good, better, and best recommendation. He was was very responsive and addressed all my questions. From an installation perspective, the techs who came by were also great. Very courteous and friendly. A few minor concerns raised by me about the installation were addressed in timely manner. The air-conditioning unit I selected works great. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a new furnace and A/C installed in 2024 and could not be more satisfied with this company. Brian had the answers to every question I had and didn't pressure me to do anything. Installers accommodated all my odd requests. Products installed are top-notch. Do yourself a favor and choose Comfort Solutions for your next HVAC need. I can't imagine a company doing better.

My water heater wasn't working and I needed a quick fix. I called Donovan, and he was able to get a technician out the same day. The water heater got fixed in a very timely manner and the service was excellent. Fairly priced and very helpful!

My furnace was making some horrible noises. I saw these guys had high regard, so I gave them a call. They were able to come out right away. Mason took a look at my furnace, was able to diagnose immediately, got the part ordered. The supplier gave him the wrong part, and he was able to track down the correct one -- impressive on it's own since OEM was obsolete and he had to find an aftermarket replacement. He picked up the slack left by the vendor, found and installed the part within a couple hours and didn't charge me for the time he had to spend running around getting the replacement motor. He saved me thousands when other companies would have pressured me to get a new system, and saved me a weekend freezing my hinder off huddled around a space heater. We had a leaking 13 year-old water heater and called Donovan. He was quick to respond, provided a competitive quote to remove and replace the faulty unit and scheduled a technician to provide the necessary repair. Donovan took the time to explain the options and helped us make the best decision for our situation. Wade, the technician, was prompt, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. All in all, we were very pleased with the expertise and professionalism of the Comfort Solutions team. They earned our highest rating!

Great people to work with. Had them come out and switch our furnace from Propane to Natural gas, they came prepared with the right parts and finished very quickly. We had Comfort Solutions change out our air conditioner a few years back and have had absolutely no problems, so it was easy for us to not even check with anybody else, as we had great customer service then as well. If and when our furnace needs an update or replacement, they will be our first call. It's nice to have reliable and honest company to work with. If you need a company that just doesn't want to replace with scare tactics, give a call to Comfort Solutions.

Just had technician Wade out to handle a Trane warranty related repair. Wade was very professional, handled the needed repair quickly, and communicated well. I continue to be very impressed with the Comfort Solutions organization and would highly recommend anyone to use them for HVAC needs!
