Wonderful service and selection. I choose Dundee over Bachman's or any other big-box store every time.

Amazung quality in plants and products.. High prices, some of their staff is not very knowledgeable and that was kind of a bummer for me.. I do lobe their selection, just not some of their staff.. One boy was very rude to myself and an elderly couole who meeded heko bringing their purchases to their car.. I did complain to a manager and i havent seen him since.. And i am there a few times a week seems i am a landscape designer and gardener.

They have beautiful plants and the cashier was so nice giving me tips about the plants I was buying. Definitely I will back there .

Good place. Good quality and help but there are no bargains. You're getting what you pay for and not a penny more. Getting in and out is a pain and the parking lot needs a ton for work.

Usually their arrangements last quite well, but my wife and I were very disappointed with the Christmas arrangement I picked up for $69, when even with good care, it was drying out after about 5 days.

they didn't answer the phone right away so I left a message. They called us right back and gave us the information we were looking for. They were friendly at the store and had a decent selection. Happy overall.

Growing up and living right on Medicine Lk, Dundee has been our go-to for decades. Sad to hear they're moving.

Mom and I ALWAYS get our christmas tree from here, they always have really good looking ones. We have also used Dundee to plan out and plant our flower gardens.

We have a wonderful selection of plants both annuals and whole variety of perennials including trees and shrubs the prices aren't the lowest but the quality is pretty good

Have bought many trees, shrubs, and perennials from Dundee Nursery. Top notch customer service and great selection. I highly recommend this garden center!

Had what I needed when ace and home depot did not (white clover seed for cover crop.) Also, a genius put there pin wheel display over a floor vent and that kept my toddler entertained for 10 minutes. Lots of variety and choices, trees, bushes, annuals, perennials and fruit and veggie plants, even some in a refrigerator

Between seasons I suppose. Found clearance Christmas decor! Yes! And got one pot for my new apartment. Not a great selection in the size I wanted, but loved the big pots.

Excellent selection of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals that are priced competitively with big box stores. Sound horticultural practices can be seen from the quality of plants. The annual baskets are watered using a drip system so you won't find baskets with gaps in the crown from careless hand watering. Like most nurseries, many trees lacked a central leader. A strong central leader can easily be established with a few pruning cuts.

I just went to Dundee to pick up a few specific things on a Sunday afternoon, and it didn't appear as though they had any of them. To make matters worse, I couldn't find anyone to help me anywhere. I proceeded to walk around the entire inside and outside of the store with an empty cart looking for someone to help me and the only person I saw was the cashier, who was checking people out. Finally I went to the (empty) information desk and after waiting for at least a few minutes, someone came out. I told her I needed some help and she told me pretty snottily that I had to wait for her to check something for a phone customer. At this point I just left and went to growhaus which was not too far away. I don't know if they just werent staffed appropriately or what the problem was, but it was a very disappointing experience, both from a product availability standpoint and from a customer service standpoint. I won't be going back to Dundee. Bachmans always has what I need and the best customer service! Which is important for a lawn and garden store!!

Friendly staff but DO NOT BUY FIREWOOD there. Their Mixed hardwood package is pricey $118 for a small pile of wood and consists of A few pieces of Oak, a few pieces of Birch and mostly of junk cardboard like fast burning Elm. Seems like a nice place just don't get firewood there. Russ

When I want to plant something I need to last, this is where I go. Three years ago I bought a Honeycrisp apple tree, and it is thriving - it produced a dozen apples this year. Two years ago I bought 8 expensive lilac plants, and you should see them now. This year, after being disappointed with a major competitors selection, I purchased and planted two large plum trees. They are doing great.

So pleased with Dundee Nursery. Two years ago, Sarah came out and gave us a new design for our front yard. So happy with it. Had a question so Sarah came out today. Told me to trim a bush and add dirt in another area. Gave me her opinion, “that is what I would do if it was my yard”. I so appreciate her honesty and knowledge. Thank you!

If you lose some of the "too many employees" you might pass the savings on to the customers. Completely overpriced, and wow, make sure there is ONLY one plant per overprice! Good Lord, if you don't have EXACT change you cannot buy with cash! So break out your credit card, which is another reason for high prices is the service fee credit card companies charge, which is passed on to the consumer. Too many employees,,,,customer pays .

I wish more people would realize the cost involved in your business, and with that said, you are outstanding!

Love this nursery. The perennial collection is what I was shopping for. I was impressed by the quality and maturity of the plants. Other garden centers around town seem to have much younger plants that are more fragile. There were a lot of unique varieties of popular plants and there was even an area of discounted plants that were beyond their bloom time such as allium... I will be visiting again this weekend for more plants.
