We had a flood in our basement and they were amazing to work with. They responded quickly, were professional and knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. The issue was fixed in no time, and we felt confident in the work done. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services

Great service, arrived on time. Scheduling was super easy and communication was cordial. I would highly recommend them to all. Great job Rise and Shine team.

We had a pipe burst unexpectedly and Rise and Shine came to the rescue. They arrived in under an hour and had everything fixed quickly and professionally. Couldn’t have asked for better service in an emergency. Fast, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We were thrilled that our plugged kitchen sink could be taken care of the same day that we called. Price was very reasonable, especially on such short notice on a Friday afternoon. Paul contacted us with an arrival time and was even a bit earlier than expected. He did a great job and cleared the pipe with the machine. He was easy to talk to and was professional. Thanks, Tim's Quality Plumbing

We recently had a plumbing issue, and Paul was absolutely outstanding. Not only did he arrive early (after calling to advise), but his caring, attentive approach immediately put us at ease. He clearly explained the situation and the steps needed, ensuring we understood everything—a top-tier professional.

What truly stood out was his housekeeping. His workspace remained clean, organized, and he even took care to keep our home tidy throughout—an often overlooked but highly valued trait. His respectful demeanor and genuine concern for our wellbeing exceeded expectations.

We’re so grateful for his exceptional service and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber who is professional, compassionate, and meticulous. Thank you!

Thought Tim’s did a great job, even though it was a simple fix for a leak. Nate performed our service, very professional and personable. I’d call them back again.

Scott from Tim's Quality plumbing
Gave a comprehensive and gave me multiple quotes on my plumbing.
He was thorough with all my questions.
Looking forward to doing work with them.

Sean did an amazing job replacing our water heater in a moments notice plus fixing a couple other plumbing issues we had. Super kind and very professional! Highly recommend!!!!

Tim's Quality, and our technician Sean were excellent! Sean was at our house within 4 hours of discovering our water heater had gone out and flooded the entire basement. He spent the day chexk8ng everything out, letting us know what had gone wrong, and even discovering our current pumping wasn't up to code (YAY!). By the next day the old water heater was out, and new one was in, piping fixed, tray installed (so future leaks would be caught and funneled to a drain), and hot water back! He communicated well through the whole process, let us know about a rebate through our gas company, and was very easy to work with.

10/10

We had a water heater break. Tim’s quality plumbing got out here same day and had our home’s hot water back in action the next day.

Awesome experience all around. Highly recommend the service.

Paul was extremely helpful with unclogging a main line backup. His explanations were effective and clear and most importantly he was able to resolve my issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend them!
