I have had Knight Heating and Air do all my home furnace and AC work for many years. They do an excellent job and and I will use them in the future if the need arises.

I tell everyone I know to go to Knight heating and air. Honest guy, will never recommend anything you don't need. I promise you won't find a better HVAC guy.

Pros: Phone person called back and very professional. Technician showed up on time, called ahead to let me know he was coming.
Cons: Pricing was very expensive. $800 plus to replace a $20 part and the tech was here for 10 minutes.

They haven't completed the project yet, but they've been great while dealing with a bad warranty company. They have great customer service and they respond very quick with questions. It's been taking a while getting the furnace replaced, but it's because my warranty company, not the technicians. I'll try to update after the project is done.

-15% outside and the furnace goes out. I sent out the "Bat Signal" and they arrived within the hour. They had the necessary parts on the truck they got the problem fixed in a couple minutes. Knight Heating and Air is the only company that I would recommend.

We have had Knight heating and cooling out to our house a few times and we have always felt like they were honest, gave recommendations but also options with pro/cons, showed up when they said they would and had good communication! I highly recommend them!

We were very pleased with Ken's work! Jill was very helpful in answering our questions while we were considering hiring them. Ken was prompt with scheduling to do the installation. He was patient with our questions, while he worked. He was careful to not leave dirt marks. (He even mopped the floor!) When he was done installing, he went over the most directions for us to know. We couldn't be more pleased!

Jill and Ken are great to work with and had the best prices of anyone else I talked to. I am not an easy customer because I ask a lot of questions and desire to understand all of the details before I make a decision. Jill and Ken were very patient with me and answered every question to my satisfaction. Jill is the inside office rep is informative and walked me through the process and set up the steps, Ken is the outside rep and determine the needs, cost and does the installation. Ken just finished the installation and did an outstanding job. On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a solid 12,
