Update: After jumping all their hoops to cancel service, their robo dialer is now dialing my phone daily. Nothing like weekend calls leting me know that their system can't communicate with a panel we replaced 4 months ago
Run away from these people! If you are with them open BBB complaints and talk to the AG
Cancelation is a multi-hour phone call and repeated email process. They will bill you for another 30 days. Your Reps emails change and stop working. Good luck notifying them in advance. Eventually they recognized my attempt to cancel earlier and the bad email but what a process. I would only choose to talk to these people in the future if I was getting paid hourly. There do seem to be a few good people there and I feel so bad for them. Obviously the practices of this company betray them.
Their biz practices are shadier than a time share or subscription cds in the 90s. You are a number to these people no matter how long you have been with them they will scam and abuse you
