When the tree in my backyard fell and ripped out my power utility pole out of my house and damaged my roof, they walked me through the whole process of not only getting power back to my house but getting my roof repaired. When insurance wanted to deny my roof replacement and only wanted to replace a couple of shingles, they fought them not because they wanted to sell me a new roof, but because they knew that they would not be able to match my shingles since it is an older design discontinued design and faded. Sure enough when the test shingles showed up, they did not match at all. After going back and forth with insurance we finally got the roof replacement approved.

If you got storm damage and need someone who will take care of you through the process and not just push for a new roof because they can, you need to call Olge and his team, they will have your back. 😊

In mid-2024, my aunt’s townhouse suffered extensive water damage due to a pipe issue, affecting multiple floors, ceilings, and flooring. I reached out to Midwest Construction & Remodeling, and I couldn't have made a better choice. Mike and Phil were two of the most professional, compassionate individuals I’ve ever worked with. They went above and beyond—not only in their craftsmanship but in their kindness toward my aunt, who was going through an incredibly difficult time after recently losing both her partner and beloved cat.

Every visit from Mike and Phil brightened her day, and Phil’s thoughtfulness even extended to helping her adopt a kitten that an acquaintance of his was allowing to adopt. That’s right. A kitten - a gesture that meant the world to her. Their care and empathy were just as remarkable as their attention to detail in restoring the home. The final result was beyond our expectations; the house looked better than it had in decades.

Despite delays with our insurance company, owner Oleg was incredibly patient and understanding, helping us navigate a challenging situation with ease. Highly recommend. I needed a roof and siding for a new build. MWCR provided me with plenty of options, and even a real-life model of the home where I can choose different brands, textures and colors to see how it will look. The order was seamless, labor was quick and of high quality, and my complicated change-order was completed quickly and to the highest level of satisfaction. We had a gigantic tree that went down from all the wind/rain and smashed our deck/walkway, screen porch/windows and house/roof/gutters. It was a major mess to clean up. We had hail come through our neighborhood and the insurance company was giving us a hard time with approvals. Ilya was very meticulous in his inspection and was able to provide a professional report we submitted to the insurance company. Soon after we received approval for our repairs!

We have worked with Oleg and Paul to remodel our master bathroom. Great quality, very professional and communication was outstanding. We have gone through a lot of various home projects before with different companies and this one by far was our best experience. Oleg and team remodeled for the shower for my wife and I. To say that we had a good experience would be an understatement. Throughout the entire process, Oleg was attentive, explained everything, was fair and honest. When it came to purchasing tile, fixtures, and preparing for install, the Midwest team was able to help to each step throughout the process. If there were any issues that arose, they were addressed quickly and brought to a quick conclusion. We knew we were getting a complete, and expertly done, remodel.

The team was also beyond professional and had a great family touch. Oleg even brought our dog bones on his 10th birthday; and every day my son was asking where the "construction guys" were because they were so nice and courteous with my family.

Ilya went over and above by sitting down and explaining all the work and the insurance aspect of everything. They have the 3D technology to pick and choose through your siding and roof colors!
