I have referred some of my insurance customers to Loyear Disaster Restoration and have had positive feedback, from them, in regards to their quality work and responsiveness!

John, Greg and his son Cole were very helpful, professional and very thorough in their assessments and work. Greg was especially great as he kept me up to date at the end of every work day and I trusted his judgement when issues inevitably arose (through no fault of their own, of course, just through the nature of the project). Greg went above and beyond by fixing a mirror I had when it had some protectant spray dripped on it--he went out that night to the hardware store and found the right cleaner to clean it off! We joked with Greg that as much as we love hanging out and talking to him and his son, we hoped we would never have to see him on the job again, and given the work they've done I believe them. Loyear did three rounds of remediation at my home and each time it was meticulously done, well photographed/documented, and expertly cleaned up. I cannot say enough about how terrific they are to work with and how much I came to trust them. Highly recommend!
