Well..I left a message for repair...Its been1 week and have not received a call back.

Horrible service would never use them again. They were supposed to order a part to repair the microwave. Two
and a half weeks later cant find out if they even ordered the part
They cant even tell me if they ordered the part
Our microwave is still not fixed yet.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Every time I had an appointment booked, they would cancel and ask to come the following day. They did this several times and wound up never coming out. Cannot recommend at all.

Ben is the hardest working tech I've ever seen. He spent hours on the phone trying to work out a situation I had with him. I worked with both of these guys for 9 weeks trying to get parts and acceptable customer service. They never gave up. I highly recommend their services.

The technician arrived promptly and his service was very professional . The technician worked very hard to figure out what the problem was with my system. The technician figured out the problem and fixed the system thus saving me a bundle of money. I really appreciate his service. Murphy Appliance Repair is highly recommended!!

I called this company based on their reviews and was not disappointed at all. They fixed my washing machine without any issue. They were on time for the set appointment and quickly diagnosed my issue and his pricing was fair. I will use them again if the need should occur.

I just would like to share my experience with service I received from Murphy Appliance Repair. Technician quickly found the problem with our oven, ordered the parts, and returned quickly to finish the job. Most amazingly, I got service the same day I called them! Just give them a call and they will take care if you!

Will never use them again. I scheduled them to come out to repair my microwave. They said they could come out the same day. They missed several appointment windows with me and finally showed up 3 days later. The technician said he needed to order a part for the microwave. I authorized him to do so. I over the next 3 weeks I received no updates from Murphy on the status of the order or repair. I called numerous times to find out what was happening with no answers. no one could tell me what was happening! I eventually had to give up on them after I wasted my money paying for a repair that never happened. I had to make other arrangements to get the microwave fixed!
