Constraction reviews in Prior Lake, Minnesota

Mike has always been open and honest with our company. Not only does he provide a good service he also helps anyone understand floors and proper cleaning procedures.

Great service and advice for work done

Awesome response and work crew. Would use them again.

KR Contracting just replaced our roof and they did a great job! Everything went as we were told and the roof looks great! I would highly recommend KR Contracting!

They did a great job!, replacing wood siding with vinyl , replacing roof, restoring gutters, removed a chimney, and fixed the deck ledger board, in a short time, for a great bid, with good quality work.

Great relationships & quality of work..
Highly recommended for future work & referrals to friends/family & outside interests.

Replaced an old wooden deck with new composite decking and it looks wonderful! The team with John in the lead worked with care and detail and am very excited to get some use out of this beautiful new space!

Had our decking and railing replaced. They did a fantastic job for us. Would highly recommend!

We hired KR Contracting to give the outside of our house a facelift. Every time I pull into the driveway I am blown away by the appearance! The craftmanship is amazing and it turned out better than I imagined. Their team was great to work with and I would highly recommend them!!

We had an unfinished basement for 17 years and just wanted it to be livable. Well, the basement is more beautiful than we could of imagined! These guys work hard for you, we never had one concern during the entire project. Everyone that contributed was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Bob and Glen!! We love our new living space!

Good communication from Bob and Glen from KR. Helped me navigate some challenging insurance issues, were quick and did a nice job. Because they were easy to work with, we extended a siding job to include some interior work as well. Appreciated having these guys on the team!
