This company was contracted through Best Buy to install our new washer/dryer. We paid Best Buy for both washer and dryer installation at time of purchase. Though I was not present for the installation, they charged my wife an additional $240 in installation partsfees. I understand the $80 for the permit for the gas dryer, and have no issues with that. However, the $160 for installation and venting/tubing, etc was all supposed to be included in our initial fee to Best Buy. The actual installation seems to have been okay other than the fact that the washer wasn't leveled properly, so I am giving them 2 stars for that, but no more due to the upcharges!

MN Plumbing & Home Services was contracted through Best Buy to do our waterline installation on our new fridge. Mike and Omar arrived on time and were professional, but informed us that due to the layout of our kitchen and cabinets, the install couldn't be completed. They confirmed they would CANCEL the installation as they were unable to complete the work. However, they did not and Best Buy has confirmed, now five days later, that MN Plumbing marked the install as COMPLETED AND INVOICED. What a scam! We paid someone for nothing.

Ordered a dryer through BestBuy and I guess they outsourced the install to these guys. On arrival I learned I had to pay over $100 more. They said it was something to do with parts but I was fairly certain parts were included in my purchase. However the reason I am giving them such a low review is because they neglected to re-light my pilot light after switching off the gas. Not having hot water the next day was great, especially after the first major snow fall of the year. Thanks guys.
