They came out next day to install a sump pump and seal the sump well. The estimate was free and the pricing was unit rate, not hourly which eliminates surprises. They provided timely, polite, and professional service. They were knowledgeable and flexible. I am very happy with the services I received.

The hot water heater was not working and it was a simple reset button to get it to come back on. But Caleb the technician was very knowledgeable and I learned a few things from him.

There isn't enough space to explain the exceptional service I received. Yes, I'm glazing a little 😀. But these guys were awesome. They broke down every detail about what was wrong and how to fix it. What I needed to do to maintain it and also other issues that may or may not come up and what to do when that time comes. I was given a fair and competitive rate. They were quick and respectful while working in my home. I didn't feel like just another customer like a lot of these bigger corps will do. Most importantly for me anyway, they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. 5 stars all day. Definitely reccomend and I will continue to use there services for the foreseeable future.

Brandon came out right away after we had water drain problems. He gave us 3 options for fixing the drain. It had a lot of rust and other debris because it is an older townhome. We chose to have the drain cleaned and replaced after talking through the options. He was here the next day. He jackhammered out the old cement, put in a new drainage pipe and drain, and thoroughly cleaned the drain and his work area. He even pointed out 2 things that needed to be changed with our water heater that had just been installed by another company. Jason was professional, really knew plumbing and was honest and open about our options. The pricing was very reasonable and we feel we got the best plumber and Beeline and Jason exceeded our expectations.

Brandon was very straight forward and presented all options we requested. He was very knowledgeable, offered guidance without adding unwanted pressure of making a decision right away.

Caleb was fantastic! He looked into the issue deeply and provided four different options for how to proceed. He left the space clean, and was very communicative and friendly.

Representative/plumber was very kind and knowledgeable. Did not push me into service, and did their best to work with me on price. Ultimately we chose not to move forward due to pricing, but was very happy with the plumber on site.

Booked Beeline late evening and got a message the next morning to help add new water lines to my basement bathroom construction. They got the job done within hours on the same and had great communication. Their estimate beat the other competitors that I requested estimates from by 60%!! Excellent customer service and a very friendly plumber came out next morning on Christmas Eve to service our well pump when we didn’t have any water. Great communication via text and call along with follow up. Highly recommend!

Ours was an unusual repair as our kitchen sink drain suddenly stopped draining. Neither vigorous plunging nor multiple applications of Drano helped. I ran a drain snake from the sink down and from the basement up with no results. After 48 hours the backed up water level hadn't budged.

I accepted defeat and called Beeline. Caleb showed up early the next morning. He found and cleared the unidentified blockage and also found a fractured 'Y' joint that was hidden above the basement ceiling, above and behind the top wall plate, and behind some copper water pipes, which had been seeping water since before we bought the house in 2017. Just accessing the fractured joint was tough enough, I'm not sure how he was able to cut out the old, let alone install the replacement pipes and joints. But, he did.

After four days of washing our dishes in the laundry tub we are again using our kitchen sink.

After five decades of married life my experience tells me to seek local, family owned businesses if you want quality work done at a fair price. That is what we got from Beeline Plumbing. Thanks Caleb!

Caleb did an excellent job addressing the problem, and cleaning up. Really took his time to do it right, and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. He even gave me some tips on what I could do to resolve some other minor issues I was experiencing. I would highly recommend Beeline for any plumbing jobs, and I will be using them again in the future if the need arises.
