Caleb was wonderful to work with. He clearly laid out the options for our water heater and water softener replacement. He provided cost effective alternatives and never once tried to push the most expensive option. His work was done quickly and efficiently! I highly recommend!

Beeline was great to work with. I loved that they sent me a photo and short bio about my technician and Brandon was wonderful! He was professional and kind, taking time to explain the work that he was doing and even drawing me a diagram so that I could follow along. And he was friendly with my pets which is always a bonus! Great work and service - I would choose Beeline Plumbing again in a heartbeat!

First off, Kathy was outstanding as a first contact. She was sympathetic to our situation and got things moving quickly. Our plumber was Caleb, who was very professional and personable. He gave us several options for how to fix our problem and fixed the issue very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Definitely will be our first call should we need a plumber again. Can't recommend highly enough.

Jake, the owner, was very personable and easy to communicate with. My heat tape was changed out appropriately and to code. Brandon and Caleb were very thorough, professional and maintained communication.
I have to admit that it is a bit frustrating that my pipes are still frozen after their visit, but that is not related to their service; they were very thorough on site.
My only recommendation would be for follow up and assistance with thawing post placement to be included in services. One never knows what to find in this process...

Caleb was not only professional but he was an amazing person. His work ethic and dedication to his work is outstanding. He went above and beyond his station and I am so thankful for what he did. I will be using this company again without hesitation and I highly recommend these dedicated professionals who are willing to go above and beyond for their customers.

Brandon did a wonderful job answering all my questions and explaining all my options before any work began (along with price quotes). He was able to get my sink clog back up issue completely fixed in a timely manner! He was friendly and courteous and very patient. I was stressed with my plumbing issue and he was able to make the situation easier to handle.
