Needed my boiler replaced. Ben was super responsive, came out right away and got the job done quick and at a great price. Answered all my questions, will absolutely be using them for everything moving forward!

Fast, professional, diligent group that does great work for an excellent price. We had Stern install a new boiler 3 years ago, and were so impressed that when we needed an AC installed we called them and had another great experience.

Ben was quick to come fix our boiler that went down to a small part that failed, it was past our warranty but still completed it at no cost.

I called Stern heating & cooling after a Google search I told him I had purchased an ac unit and was wondering if he could install it he came by later that afternoon to take a look, he gave me a rundown of what he would do, then he said he would be here in the morning at 7am .He showed up early got to work and knocked it out in 3 hrs .Amazing ,thank you for the great service Stern heating and cooling

Our AC quit during an excessive heat wave. Stern's came out so promptly I couldn't believe it. And they came back the next day and installed our AC and we also had them install a new furnace. These people are fast, efficient and knowledgeable! We will definitely use them again if need be!!!

Ben is professional, efficient, and kind. He expanded our heating system to include hydronic in floor heating, new boilers, and new Ac/air handler during a remodel. He has helped us several times since with little repairs or leaks. Most recently, I noticed a little non emergent drip from the boiler. He arrived and repaired in less than 24 hours. Awesome!

Hello customers. I would like to share my experience with Sterns Heating and Cooling from Red Wing, MN. I thought they did am outstanding job in responding to my need and timing. I was out a furnace on a Wednesday and Sterns arrived on the next day, and installed a new one. Ben and Jack did a professional job and were easy to work with. Please consider them as an option.

I have sat here for a couple days after having Ben from Stern Heating and Cooling come to my house to clean my ac and check on my furnace and tune it up. I cant properly put into words how great he was. Not only did he have amazing pricing (a big name company wanted to charge me over 800 dollars for the same work he did under 300), he was polite and quick to come help me. He knew that I didn't know a thing about HVAC or how much stuff should cost but he didn't take advantage of that information. He helped me understand and pointed out signs that I should look for to make sure my system stayed running and working. I will be using Stern Heating and Cooling for the rest of my time in Minnesota. Ben is the essence of the phrase "Minnesota Nice" he helped me be more informed as a new home owner in the realm of HVAC and gave me pleasant conversation while showing me what he was doing all while wearing a mask and maintaining social distancing.

Our furnace went out and after waiting days for another company from Stillwater to come out, I came across reviews of Stern. I called and talked to Ben and to my surprise he came out within 1.5 hours of my call. He discovered the problem and had us running again in a very short time. This company is great to work with! Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and much better pricing than big competitors.

I had arranged for another company to reconnect my gas service after CenterPoint moved the meter outside. But when that company quoted me $1500, I called Ben, who was able to come out first thing the next morning. Ben performed the work for much less. His work quality is excellent and I will use him again for any future heating and cooling needs. I highly recommend.

Stern did a great job for us! We've used them twice now - once to replace the ancient boiler at my mother's home and once at our home to re-install a garage furnace. Pricing we got was very reasonable, staff are professional, prompt and very knowledgable. I'd recommend Ben and his crew to anyone and will use them again in the future.
