I have just 2 acres of land with lots of trees. They came and trimmed several and took out multiple dead trees. They finished it all in one day and my yard looks so much better! Highly recommended

We had a very large ash tree that the city required to be removed. After getting several quotes we found JJ's to be the most affordable. This project was quite complex as there were several obstacles around the tree like power lines, other trees, a patio, and more which needed to be avoided during the tree removal. One of the companies we got a quote from wanted to bring in a crane and haul log after log over our roof, but we were nervous about that proposal. JJ's figured out a way to get here tree down without a crane over our roof. They were attentive to our concerns throughout the whole process and now our backyard looks wonderful. Thanks JJ's for the friendly and professional service. We will use your service again when the time comes to remove our other trees.

Keith and his crew did an excellent job. They trimmed multiple large mature trees. And took down a broken River Birch. VERY reasonably price. Excellent communication. Prompt and on-time. They did an amazing job cleaning up. Highly recommended.

Very excellent service. Heard my concerns about the tree branch that had fallen on my roof. Came promptly to assess the situation and gave a reasonable estimate to remove the branch, and also remove some other low hanging branches. They came when they said they would come. Very pleased with their service including their cleanup when the job was finished. Will recommend them to others. Great family business.

Extremely impressed with the professionalism and quality of work from estimate request to completed job. Had a very large branch hanging from an old maple tree and due to the way it was hanging and potential damage if it broke off needed it dealt with asap. There were several potential hazards and Kirk and Jacob took the time to prepare the site and remove the hanging branch and nearby dead branch with great care. They left the site cleaner than the way they found it as well. Given the emergency nature and location of the branch, price was very reasonable. Quick turnaround, excellent communication and great customer service from the whole staff. Highly recommend Blue Ribbon Pruning!

I contacted Blue Ribbon to estimate pruning 3 45+’ trees (1 elm, 2 Maple) in my yard with the goal of removing limbs that were encroaching on and over my house and electrical lines and to open the tree interior a bit to allow better flow. They gave me a competitive quote and date for their services. They arrived when scheduled, completed the work efficiently, and cleaned up afterward very nicely. I will gladly have them estimate my next arboreal need.

Blue Ribbon Pruning did an exceptional job on our unruly landscaping and trees.They were extremely responsive from the first call to completion. They were out the day after my call to complete the walkaround and estimate. Estimate was received the same afternoon. They scheduled within our necessary timeframe. The trees look great. Cleanup was impeccable; you cannot even tell they were here. Kirk ( arborist) and co were wonderful. Price was very reasonable for the work done. I would not hesitate to hire them in the future.

Great family business! We had a couple of small jobs that needed to be done. They were quick to come out and provide an estimate, had very competitive rates, and did a top notch job. The whole process took about 7 days. Couldn’t be happier with my choice in tree service.

Kirk and his son removed a large section of my maple that had broken off onto a neighbor’s house. They arrived an hour after I called to take care of the tree. Kirk removed unnecessary wires and rehung the internet cable that was knocked down. Very friendly and efficient!

We had an amazing experience when working with Kirk and Maise. They were so efficient. Kirk was out to our home within an hour of calling. After assessing the tree that was down, due a storm, we received the quote and clean up within hours. Our yard was left in better condition than it probably looked prior to the storm. Our tree came down on our neighbors house but we paid for it. Being a first time home owner (as is our neighbors) I was unaware that they were responsible. Kirk and Maise were happy to refund us and submit a new invoice to the neighbors. Something I thought was definitely MN friendly. I would highly recommend this company and we will be using them for future services.

Excellent work on pruning our backyard pine tree. We had a branch that was broken and threatening to fall and take out a power line on our property.

The bid process was smooth and easy and scheduling was a breeze.

They showed up on time and completed work quickly but safely, and cleaned up all debris.

My elderly mother needed a few trees removed and large branches taken down at her residence.
We called Blue Ribbon Pruning to get an estimate. Kirk came out in just a few days and made some suggestions. He was very helpful using his Arborist knowledge to zone in on what was needed to be done. An estimate was emailed and excepted. They came out to the home and accomplished all that was needed and cleaned up everything. The yard looked fabulous afterwards. Honest & friendly! So happy I found them. So many others were not honest and just wanted the $ and take my tree. Plus the benefit that they climb the tree vs having to use a lift, which doesn't fit thru my gates.

We explained our goal of getting more light to our vegetable garden by trimming our large mature maple in the backyard. Their work has made such a difference and the tree looks beautiful. We had a very overgrown tree in our backyard that needed to be trimmed. I contacted 3 companies to get bids. Blue Ribbon responded right away. Kirk was out within a few days to look at the tree. He was professional, answered all my questions, made some recommendations about our tree and emailed me a bid the next day. The bid was fare and thorough. We hired them and they did a great job. Our tree looks awesome and will be good to go for 3-5 years before it needs to be trimmed again. The whole process from when I contacted them to when the job was done was 8 days. Great job!! We have another big tree that we will be contacting them to trim next year.
