I could not be happier with my light purchases from Haley! The staff was incredibly helpful and unbelievably knowledgeable. We wanted something for our new house that you didn’t see in every other store and Haley definitely has that and then some. Their offerings are extremely unique and great quality. We also had them replace our AC unit last year and service our fire place and were extremely impressed with their technicians. They were polite, quick, and extremely thorough. I highly recommend Haley for basically all your home needs! They have just about everything and you will be happy you went with them.

From start to finish, our gas fireplace installation was seamless. Communication with everything was top notch, the workmanship of all the installers was excellent! Every single worker was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, neat & very professional. We did spend quite a bit more than we expected, but what we got in return made it worth it! Our fireplace is absolutely stunning, & I would recommend Haley to anyone!

Had a technical issue we were running in to after install. Haley got back to us promptly and scheduled a time to come out. It was a simple solution and I was very pleased with the service.

We reached out to Haley for a second opinion as we weren't getting anywhere with K&S to get the A/C working, after multiple visits. I booked the appointment online on Monday, technician came the following day! I was shocked since it usually takes a few days, if it's not an emergency. The technician who came was straight forward, explained what was going on and gave us options on a replacement A/C unit. This was on Tuesday, by Friday, a new A/C unit was installed and still operational. The technician even checked the furnace to make sure that will work in the fall. We greatly appreciated your help with getting the A/C issue resolved, since it had not been working since early Spring.

Excellent work when installing a new heat pump and furnace. This was a replacement install but the final “product” looked like an installation in a house being built. Very complete instruction on how to use the smart thermostat.

Steve did an expert job with our furnace and humidifier check-up. He is very professional, as well as friendly, and respectful.

Troy and Peyton showed up at the time indicated by my Haley sales rep. They immediately began protecting the area from debris with floor covering. They were respectful and professional of the space they were in at all times. There was no need for me to clean up when they were done as they made sure to leave the area cleaner than they found it. Troy took time to make sure I understood the insert function as well as future cleaning steps.

Very professional approach to installing our gas fireplace insert. Before starting, Troy put down drop cloths to keep carpet clean. Meticulous work was done to assure proper installation while cleaning up as the work was done. After final clean up, I was given easy to follow instructions on the initial break in and operation. Troy patiently answered all of my questions. He took extra steps in the install and exceeded all our expectations.

Haley’s is the best hands down. They came out to my house on short notice. Got the install scheduled promptly. Educated me on what they thought would be best to do and gave different opinions. The techs did a great job, respectful, courteous and quick install. Taught me about the new furnace. Will highly recommend to anyone! Thank you!

We had our 20 year old Furnace and AC replaced by a Bryant Evolution System. We are very pleased with the zoning design and equipment proposed by Tom. The installing team lead by Troy was prompt, professional and performed a spotless clean installation. They replaced all of the duct work connecting the unit to the distribution ducts, added insulation and isolated the unit from the existing ducts. We can't even hear the AC running, just feel its comfort! The place was left better than how they found it. Troy kept us informed through out the day, and coordinated with the Electrical team which needed to fish and install wires for the zoning. Haley Comfort would come highly recommended by our house-hold.

Peter Hassig and the installation team did a fabulous job. I was in a pinch and they came through. 10 Stars for sure!

Troy installed my new wood burning fireplace and it is beautiful as you can see. The craftsmanship he has is second to no one. Very personable fellow and enjoyed having him do the work, along with his helper.

Update Apr 10, 2023 - We are grateful for Haley recently coming out right away when we encountered a problem with our fireplace. They fixed it and surprised us with the original sample of quarter-sawn oak we had provided. Fair is fair, I've updated our review to 5 stars. Excellent service. Excellent experience. Excellent followup on details. Thank you Haley Comfort!

Overall we are very happy with the job Haley Comfort did for us. We put a gas insert into our basement fireplace. The salesman was very patient and helpful. The installers did a great job...polite, accurate, didn't leave a mess, etc.

We do have to subtract one star though. We had supplied a sample from our kitchen cabinets to match the stain on the quartersawn red oak mantle that we ordered. We stated multiple times we wanted it back, the salesman acknowledged this, and even went to the point of writing our name in permanent ink on it. Somehow it was lost. Though it is not the end of the world and we are still very happy with the job done, we can't give 5-stars for falling short on that one thing.

We still recommend Haley.
